I just hope everyone isn't setting themselves up for disappointment fantasy booking Stone Cold making the save if he doesn't actually appear.

I just hope everyone isn't setting themselves up for disappointment fantasy booking Stone Cold making the save if he doesn't actually appear. I think it’s far more likely we wind up with a staredown between Roman, Rock, Jimmy and Solo vs. Cody, Jey, Sami and Seth where the Bloodline throws up the 1s, Rock throws up the “L” he’s done and turns around and joins Cody.

Alternately if rock pins Cody in the tag, then Cody beats Roman the next night, that could give more fuel for the eventual rock/Roman. Hadn’t really thought of that. Great point! Drew also helps out Cody, I'm calling it. Yeah, he's a heel and hates Seth, but he's also been screwed by the Bloodline and hasn't let it go. You had Seth's promo on Monday where he puts it in Drew's head that at Mania there's a bigger fight. Drew beats Seth earlier in the night, does a run in with everybody thinking he's gonna help Roman but he blasts a member of the Bloddline. He still remains a heel after, it's just that the fight against the Bloodline is bigger. I f***ing LOVE that idea. Bloodline running havoc, Roman looking like he’s set to win and EVERYONE Bloodlines screwed over gets theirs. Including Drew. Total endgame Avengers Assemble moment I only would think they wouldn’t because they probably want to keep Drew heel. I hope so. Austin/Rock going face to face one more time would be incredible, although it might overshadow Cody/Reigns. I really don’t think it would. Lot of dudes get compared to the Austin/Rocky feel, but it doesn’t bother me with Cody/Roman. Seems appropriate. The two guys of the last time WWE was on fire, symbolically handing over the torch to the new guys on top of WWE ,while it’s a great product. But as I’ve said that’s it. If Austin faces off against rock, helps Cody Flipping Rhodes finally win the title there is no cigarette potent enough for that kind of high. Nothings gonna top that for another decade. They could easily keep Drew's heel heat with a promo the night after mania. Hell, he could even stomp out in a huff as soon as Cody wins. the next night he can basically say nothing has changed, he just saw a chance to stick it to the bloodline that he has still not forgiven and that includes Jey. If there's one thing that's been consistent with Drew in this turn, it's been his hatred of the Bloodline and his unwillingness to accept Jey's face turn. I would love to see him back up Cody this one time. I just hope everyone isn't setting themselves up for disappointment fantasy booking Stone Cold making the save if he doesn't actually appear. I'm setting myself up for disappointment hoping for the real people's champion DDP!
But seriously, I think most of us would be thrilled if Cody wins, regardless of who is involved.

If they're gonna recreate the WM10 ending for Cody, they can easily have Drew in the Owen Hart spot of looking on at everyone celebrating Cody's win in disgust.

With last night's show, I feel like this angle is getting sidetracked again. Either Cody and Seth beat the Bloodline on Night #1, and people will probably complain that the end of #2 will be predictable and telegraphed, or the Bloodline beat Cody and Seth on Night #1, and people will complain about the end of Night #2 being an overbooked finish of so many guys wanting comeuppance on Roman for how Roman did them all dirty during Roman's 1300+-day title reign.
KISS = Keep it simple, stupid. And last night to me felt like a shark-jump moment right into 1999 WWF-era booking.

And besides Sami/KO, the usos and Solo, last years match was as much of a regular match between the two as possible for WWE’s standards. I think bells and whistles could aid the rematch.

If they’re going out of their way to sell this rematch as the biggest match ever with the biggest stakes, makes sense for them to go all out to make it feel big.

I don’t know where Hunter stands with his medical condition. But they are stressing the point about Rock being the bossSo. If he's cleared for some minor physicality, I wouldn’t be surprised if he got involved.

Press conference shit. Rock saying he's the boss not some vp of bullshit like TRIPLE H. He mentioned Trips directly on SD.

Really he could probably just come out with a sledgehammer and scare Heyman away without actually doing anything. Also everyone's bringing up Austin taking Rock out, but how about Cena?

Austin’s bigger. It wouldn’t be the same. And Cena’s already given Cody his seal of approval. Getting it from Austin, with rock across the ring, at WrestleFrickenMania, just means more.

I don't see him doing anything physical.

IMO, I see Cena helping Truth & Miz out versus Judgment Day being more likely, just to pay off Truth being a big Cena fan.

Yeah, and it's obviously gonna be Roman and Rock winning night 1 because why would they ever give it the situation that gives the face the advantage? Also because I'm not sure Roman knows how to work a clean match anymore.

I just realized we've been talking about who might step up to the bloodline night 2 but we forgot one of the most important names of all. Jinder Mahal! He has beef with the Rock!
Sorry, I'm just having fun with this now.
