I know we're all bummed out about Cody, but there was at least one bright spot tonight.

I know we're all bummed out about Cody, but there was at least one bright spot tonight. Two, the match itself, but also Shaemus when he was at the top of the entrance.

It's a damn shame WWE can't get out of their own way because this is what everyone should really be talking about... but alas...

Gunther is great but I could happily never see Sheamus or Drew again.

I love how the announcers just lose their shit when a really good match is happening. Them giving a standing ovation and partying after the match was awesome.
Gunther is that dude.

Hopefully Sheamus finally wins the IC Title this summer. I think GUNTHER's ready to take that next step, and by next step I mean lose to Roman due to interference from Solo Sikoa.

It was a great match but holy shit will they get off their everything must be a record fetish. Gunther's beaten everybody there is to beat, just give the damn thing to Sheamus already.

I assume they're going for Honky's record here, as this was the perfect opportunity to drop it.

He’s 297 days as champion and counting now. This puts him as the 5th longest reign in the history of the IC belt, but he’ll be sitting there for a while until he reaches 4th placed Don Muraco (second reign) on 384 days.

It was a great match, all three dudes looked great in it and the commentary by Titus O'Neill was fantastic.
Only thing I would critique was Sheamus and Drew glaring at each other after Drew pulled Sheamus out of the ring to break up a sure pinfall, and the commentary team treated it as some sort of huge betrayal on the part of Drew. I mean, Drew did nothing wrong and Sheamus would have done exactly the same thing, it's a triple threat match. Every man for himself.

It was SO f***ING GOOD. Match of the night easily, and top 3 for both nights.
I was stoked Gunther won, dude has been booked to perfection since debuting.
Now I probably just jinxed it and Sheamus will win tomorrow on Raw.
Of all the people from the indies to get this shine, and WM moment, it's freaking WALTER.
(and I mean that in a nice way)

I saw Gunther perform in front of like 200 people in a small town hall in Germany a few years ago, and seeing him come down that ramp at Mania made me really happy.

I really want to see Brock-Gunther. If Brock is calling it quits anytime soon I can't think of a better person for him to put over on his way out.

I would have loved for Sheamus to have won, but I am cool with keeping the Gunther train going a bit longer.

I would have loved for Sheamus to have won, but I am cool with keeping the Gunther train going a bit longer. That’s where I’m at. Would’ve been cool to see Sheamus get it, but I’m never gonna complain about a Gunther unbeatable boss run. I wanna see him break the HTM record now.

It was a great match and I like Gunther but it's just another endless title reign.
