Honestly might just be for the best to dissolve Schism at this point. If GYV isn't around, it's just Gacy and Ava. And Ava is absolutely dire in the ring and needs A LOT of work before being put back onto TV.

They're also international talents so it might be a lot to ask to stay in Orlando as a perpetual low card tag team making at best decent money when you could be closer to friends/family.

These dudes have been in developmental for five years and if theyu're stuck as jobbers down there even still, then it probably feels like they're just doomed to go nowhere. NXT doesn't pay that well unless you were a big marquee tempt-away signing in the mid '10s. A lot of indie names are taing pay cuts on hopes they make the main roster where the real money si and if that's just never coming for them, there's not much else they can do.

Not surprised, i like Joe Gacy, but they really don't fit in Schism, they should have just let them stay as GYV

I hope WWE grants it. I see no reason why they wouldn't. You've granted releases before so it's not as if there's this massive precedent. And even if massive cuts aren't coming (they probably are), you are actively recruiting new PC talent every few months. You need to make room for new talent eventually. This frees up a spot for other guys to get TV time and exposure.

And with Reid eating the pin at Stand and Deliver, they can just write them off as Gacy killed them and fed them to Drugunov or something.

He can recruit some other randoms if they want to keep Schism going.

They will be better off because WWE never ever committed to them on winning the NXT tag titles or a solid push.

I can see them landing in ROH to shore up that tag division or the six man tag belts with another recruit.

Great team that is being wasted. We know they are capable of having banger matches & Gibson is a heat magnet but that is all being wasted.

Seeing them in AEW/ROH would be cool.

GYV IMO should of had at least one run with the NXT tag titles even if it was under Schism gimmick they're a hell of a lot better then Gallus
