He just took an L to Theory, hasn’t won a singles match since 2018, and was on one show on the build to Mania. His heart doesn’t really seem to be in it anymore either. I can MAYBE see one more match at mania 40 or 41, but damn they missed the boat on #17. It feels weird having him tie flair. He should of either stayed at 15 or broken the record

I think he'll win the title, break Flair's "record" (even though the actual number is somewhere in the 20s), beat Theory in his first defense and lose it shortly thereafter.

Does anyone care about title reign stats these days? Back in flairs day there was a slight hint of credibility to them but now...you might as well be impressed with Rocky Balboa's win lose record

When I say credibility I meant credibility as in it being a legitimate accomplishment in a sporting field, as opposed to an scripted action TV show.

I also wonder if Nash just didn't feel like losing it to Jarrett again in so short a time, so he let Flair do it. |
