10. Gave me everything I could have wanted in an episode, and then some. You got everything you ever wanted and you'll NEVER give that back.

9 out of 10 near perfection, IMHO.

9 for me. I can't wait for the FTR/Jarrett and Lethal thing to be over with, but I have a bad feeling FTR'll end up as transitional champions in the process.

Best Dynamite in a few weeks, the matches all worked and all the guys involved were actual AEW talents who I was familiar with. The stories were there and there were very few guys who make me roll my eyes. Wonder if someone else has started to help with the booking, it seemed more logical tonight.

Will Washington was hired to help write and keep the shows cohesive alongside Tony Khan just like last week

Gonna go 8. Wasn't a perfect show for me, but was a damn solid one.
I liked the Four Pillars videos. Good way to keep it going without it being in the ring every single week.
“Love loaded, love top to bottom” - Tony Schiavone.
Trios match felt off, maybe b/c of the rules for the first time. I wish Trent would turn heel, leave Best Friends, and go solo.
Roderick wasn't cringe during his time on the mic. FTR Segment was ehhhhhhhhh...although FTR Bald piledriving Mark Briscoe made me laugh very hard. Julia Hart vs. Anna Jay was about what I was expecting it to be. Julia darlin' work on your kickouts. What she should be doing is giving lip syncing lessons to Scarlett Bourdeaux though.
Another banger of an OC match with Sexy Dancing Danny G. Looking forward to his next defense. OC has the best booked title currently in AEW.
And the main event kicked all kinds of ass. Samantha Irvin's "Roman Reigns" is Justin Roberts' "Kenny Omega". Both were born to announce those people. I don't think I need screwdriver's in wrestling. Great "holy shit!" ending.
And we had an appearance by Tony Khan aka "The Goddam King of Not Blinking on Camera".

Trios match felt off, maybe b/c of the rules for the first time. Just to this point, it was definitely because of the cage match, they were likely told they had to go home to give that the time it needed to breathe (Aka 20 minutes, which it ended up getting)

I don't know how I feel about nobody in the world title match appearing on Dynamite

I don't know how I feel about nobody in the world title match appearing on Dynamite They had four different segments for the world title match showcasing each guy and their mentors talking them up And I really feel like they needed a breather this week, enough other stuff was going on and they had been on a focal build for weeks now

I don't know how I feel about nobody in the world title match appearing on Dynamite I think it was for the best. I liked the videos, and I think it helps the feud not feel repetitive in how it's presented. Trios match felt off, maybe b/c of the rules for the first time. Just to this point, it was definitely because of the cage match, they were likely told they had to go home to give that the time it needed to breathe (Aka 20 minutes, which it ended up getting) Gotcha. Maybe they can run this one back and give them more time in the future.

House of Black needed a match to show off House Rules and Acclaimed take on Sabian and Butcher and Blade on Rampage this week

This was my first Dynamite in a while due to work and sometimes not quite willing to stay up even with that but I have to say, this was what I can scientifically call a “Dynamite ass Dynamite”. Started hot with Claudio/Rey Fenix which was a chef’s kiss of a match, had unexpected moments, built to future matches in short but sweet video packages, Anna Jay and Julia Hart showing why they’re the future of the women’s division, a six man that was a blast to watch, in ring segments that made sense and an absolute barnstormer of a main event.
I’ll be a tad nitpicky and say it was unfortunate the superplex in Jay/Hart didn’t pay off and some technical hitches are still there at times audio like but that is the sort of Dynamite that got me watching week after week and next week with Strong/Jericho, Starks/White and the six woman tag? That’s the follow up card you need before you announce you’ll be $1bn richer in 5 years.

Probably gotta go 10, rounded up for the high 9 it felt like, given literally everything was good to great and everything felt important. A heel turn, two returns, 3 standout matches (maybe 4 if you forgive the botched spot near the end of the Julia/Anna match and the fact they couldn't get as brutal as those matches sometimes do with the main event also being bloody), nuclear heat for Christian, some intrigue added to the tag title match, hot crowd and really good use of video packages for the pillars. Couple of botchy bits here and there but no other complaints at all, was a fantastic show.
Yeah, pretty f***ing great all round and probably the best part is all of it just left me wanting more, the fallout from what happened with Don (and the use of words of Kenny being heartbroken definitely feels like more Ibushi hints) I can't wait for, along with the whole Elite/BCC feud in general, really interested to see where they go with Julia next, much more interested in the tag title match than I was before, the video packages made me way more invested in the pillars stuff and Max talking up the idea of having the best four way ever means I can't wait to see what they try and pull off in the match itself. Next weeks card looks very good already too.

An easy 10. Far and away the best show they've done in ages.
I pretty much loved every match and segment.

Just have to say this, Will Washington is deflecting the praise coming his way saying it's only his 2nd week... but if you look at what he's been brought in to do and look at the two Dynamites since he's been hired? The flow of the show is absolutely different
