McDonalds, I don't care for much of the menu it must be said but their coffee is much better and cheaper than Starbucks & co and their breakfasts are just the ticket if you are in a rush.

This is my default answer. No one I know watches wrestling regularly. My partner will watch once in a blue moon, but I have no one IRL that I can talk to about wrestling with. If that's not something uncool I dunno what is.

Flared pants. I don't know what people's problem with these things is.

Not sure how uncool that is. I love me some Arby's. Now my take. I still prefer buying physical media. Yes, even CDs. I have been given trips about streaming music on Spotify or Pandora, but there is something interesting about owning the physical copy. Plus, because I had been using my old Sony Walkman since October, the things I will give that are that I don't have to worry about the batteries (depending on how powerful they are) draining too easily and also data not going through the roof. As for other media, I just like owning games, books, and movies physically. I haven't fully crossed over to digital.

If that's not something uncool I dunno what is. I still feel sheepish about being a Wrestling fan. I was just in a play with two other guys that would come to rehearsal in wrestling shirts and always talked about wrestling, and they are knowledgeable too. And I was still afraid to admit I was a fan. Then one of the guys said to me, “We need to get you into wrestling” and I said “Actually I kind of am. It’s completely to think that way, but wrestling has been uncool for so long that it’s even hard for me to feel good about being a fan. But at least now I’ve made two wrestling fan friends in real life. Lol

Deep south so wrestling is still cool down this way. Shocked that I often when out grocery shopping will see shirts of various local indie talent.
I love physical media. Right now I got a room so stuffed with physical media I could fill at least a full house.

I read a book better than I read a webpage anyway, but WBD alone has made a stronger case for physical media in just the last year than anyone has ever made against physical media. Once the servers where it's stored shut down, that's it. Truer words have never been spoken. Although I agree about digital media depending on their providers, analog media are not suitable for long-term archiving. Cheap blanks, which were processed en masse from the late '90s, are in many cases no longer readable today. The higher quality blanks that are used for official pressings of movies, games, etc. probably won't last a lifetime either. So ideally you would migrate your analog media to hard disk yourself. Books have storage problems. I store my more valuable books on shelves in the hallway. There is usually no daylight coming in, the humidity is lower than in rooms where I live. Nevertheless, I can't create conditions like in an archive repository. In addition, you can find paper silverfish everywhere now, and they eat up your paper. When I'm gone, the books will have aged with me.

Smooth jazz. I unironically love me some Kenny G, Najee and Bob James. I never understood the hate for jazz. It’s just chill music Earlier in the year I had an evening in Belgium that included a jazz club and then playing pinball, both seen as uncool in an uncool country but it was the best night out I've had since the pandemic started.

Oh! I just remembered a good one: flip phones.
I genuinely believe that the only reason they became "lame" is that manufacturers pushed that mentality so screens would either break easier, forcing people to buy a new one, or to have an excuse to sell protective cases that wouldn't otherwise be needed. It can't be a coincidence that now that there is more and more pushback against planned obsolescence and laws protecting the right to repair, manufacturers are starting to reinvent flip phones by making foldable smartphones.

Wetherspoons is a UK-only pub chain that is unfashionable due to its cavernous architecture and cheap menus resulting in customers usually being pensioners or louty lads making it have a poor atmosphere. It being characterless (the unique character of traditional pubs being a source of local and national pride) and the owner being opinionated about a certain referendum that split the country 50/50 emphasizes its very uncool status.
I personally think it's a splendid place to waste an afternoon with a pint and a good book or catch up with old friends you haven't seen in a while, with so many locations there's bound to be some rotters but I've never had a bad meal at one. They also employ ex-cons which means I'm happy to spend money there, IMO a lot of reoffending is due to cash problems and the hospitality trade is ideal for those fresh out of prison because experience is often unnecessary and there's high turnover and lots of overtime so gigs and extra cash are easy to come by. Most places won't hire those with a record due to large amounts of cash on the premises and the possibility of confrontations with customers so I'm glad the 'McDonalds of Pubs' is an exception.
