I’d prefer Naito to win and get the finally get to roll-call at the dome anyway, but if rumors are true and SANADA has a torn bicep, then it’s probably best he drops it there. Not sure what the severity is, but you can also just take it easy and rehab without surgery like Matt Jackson did.
