Simple enough premise. What is something you like or respect about something or someone you aren't a fan of, or even outright dislike?
I'll start with two, both of which are Chuck Lorre-related.
Chuck has made some of the biggest sitcoms. Also, some of the ones I have the least amount of interest in. Still, between that and actually writing the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme song, he's legitimately a television legend in a way basically no one can dispute.
Secondly, I don't think Big Bang Theory is funny, but I get why it won a lot of Emmys, among other awards, along with the longevity. It's simply an incredibly strong cast for a sitcom. Many of the actors and actresses already had a lot of experience on successful sitcoms, from Roseanne to Blossom to 12 Simple Rules, and so on. It's basically a sitcom dream team for the kind of show that they wanted to make. It's not the kind of show that does much for me, but the pedigree is impressive.

Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom couldn't be further from the direction I would like any video game to go in, let alone Zelda, but I adore the art style/graphics, and think the character animations are really smooth and satisfying, both in gameplay and in cutscenes.

I only saw the first movie, and there's definitely plenty of problematic elements involved, but I'm weirdly proud of the Twilight Saga thrusting forward with being the tweenage fantasy that it was.

Dan Slott is an insecure egotist and an argumentative online troll badly in need of humble pie if not Jesus, but you can't argue against his success rate, he has written some of the best (and worst) Post-One More Day Spider-Man stories, won eisners for Doctor Who Silver Surfer, and his stint on She-Hulk greatly shaped the MCU Disney+ series.

Billy Corgan has obviously displayed musical talent many times, and left an undeniable mark on '90s music. He is a complete tool about certain things, but never let it be said that he takes the easy way out or does everything for money, given the many, many examples of Corgan doing things the hard way or taking his ball and going home if he feels differently about something. Billy Corgan is, for better and worse, his own man.
Luc Besson makes a lot of visually interesting movies, a number of which are classics. He's also extremely creepy and, whether or not anyone believes accusations against him of sexual assault, etc, he factually married and impregnated a 15 year old when he was in his 30s, so... yeah, world-class piece of shit.
Milla Jovovich's movies with Paul W. S. Anderson are easily mockable for the sheer obsession he has with pushing his wife as like God's gift to everything. "Wife Guy" does not begin to describe how much she is his muse, rarely to good effect. But, I actually do genuinely like Milla, and furthermore, I knew someone who spoke glowingly about how humble, approachable, kind, and generous Milla was, and how they'd spent an evening at some stuffy event with Milla being quite lovely to them, melting away any intimidation the person had been feeling. I do not remember many specifics, as it's been years, but I never saw Jovovich the same way again afterwards, knowing she was that damn nice.
Jim Cornette's a dick. He's got a lot of interesting anecdotes, and being as young as he was when his star was on the rise, he got to see first-hand a huge transformation of the wrestling business. Smoky Mountain Wrestling was also created due to him realizing that WCW was leaving money on the table in their tireless pursuit of shedding their "Southern Wrestling" reputation, something I'd argue they never fully accomplished. It's part of the frustration that is Jim Cornette, as, in some alternate universe, he probably could have been a less shitty guy sometimes and likely enjoyed a long, fruitful relationship to wrestling, passing on much wisdom. But, this alternate world would not be our own, as this Jim saw what side of his bread got buttered a long time ago, and that, combined with his ego, has long since rendered him largely unlistenable to me.

Bill Corgan reminds me, he and Danzig are in the exact same place for me where I love making fun of both guys because they lend themselves to it so easily, but I also f***ing love their music.

Arby's curly fries with horsey sauce are a worthy contribution to humanity.
I will never not be entertained by a "Let me tell you something, brother..."
The Last Jedi showing that Chewie was a damn fine pilot himself. All that fancy flying against a swarm of TIE's and in the crystal caves... and his co-pilots were a bunch of goddamn porgs.

I hate the fact that Zelig, Hannah And Her Sisters, Radio Days, Purple Rose of Cairo, Interiors and Love And Death are such good movies, because Woody Allen is a loathsome piece of shit and I don’t have the stomach to revisit them.

Thank you for articulating how I feel about those games so perfectly. I think the games are gorgeous, I just wish I could interface with them in any way I found at all satisfying.

Dominic Keating and Linda Park are genuinely strong performers in the first two seasons of Enterprise and manage to give Reed and Hoshi real depth despite the limited nature of the writing.

If he could get out of his own way, Jim Cornette would be the greatest wrestling historian alive. There's such a wide gulf between Jim Cornette, wrestling podcaster and Jim Cornette, enthusiastic Dark Side of the Ring interviewee.
As garbage as most of his movies are, Zack Snyder seems like a nice person whose easy to work with, so I totally get why actors who've done films with him are often so quick to defend him. At the end of the day, he's trying his best.
Six Feet Under is an awful band and if they were your first and only exposure to death metal I'd see why you wouldn't give it another chance. That said, "Revenge of the Zombie" is a pretty fun song.
As awful as Suicide Silence' self titled was, I can applaud their enthusiasm for trying something new. While I'm at it, Bring Me The Horizon haven't really ever made music for me but I respect the hell out of them for never making the same album twice and being one of the gateway bands metal needs to survive.

The scene where Rey and Kylo take out Snoke was awesome.

Ben Affleck Batman and Henry Cavill Superman both looked great.
Halloween Ends had a good, almost HIII idea, but it was the wrong place and the wrong time.
Schumacher Batman isn't Snyderverse ;-)

I've never been a Burger King guy, but I did like the Burger King Kid's Club. The Glow in the Dark BKKC troll dolls were genuinely fantastic meal toys.

Batman vs. Superman was pretty unpleasant and overwritten IMO, but it at least tried to take risks. I admire the fact Zack wanted to be different and add his unique touch. It did occasionally have a cool atmospheric shot here and there.
I laughed at a few of PewDiePie’s Happy Wheels videos long ago.
Drawn Together had some talented voice acting.
As much misery as he brought to my Cardinals, David Ortiz is a legendary and iconic ball player. Ditto Curt Schilling, who I feel does deserve a Cooperstown spot through the vet committee on stats alone, as big of a douchebag he is.

I can't stand Hulk Hogan but I could watch his WrestleMania 4 and Yappapi Strap Match promos all day.
Metallica's St. Anger is bad but in the same way that The Room is bad. It's fascinatingly terrible as opposed to Load and Reload which were just boring terrible.
Jimmy Fallon's probably one of my least favorite SNL cast members (at least among the ones people actually remember) but he was always funny on Celebrity Jeopardy sketches.

Kingdom Hearts is at its best when it's just crossing over Disney and Square Enix properties without any of the convoluted original story or crappy game mechanics. The crossovers themselves have a lot of fun moments.
