News and NotesDouble VisionPrior to their Wrestlemania IX contenst Doink promised that Crush would be seeing double vision. At the end of the match it would be revealed what the evil clown meant when a second Doink emerged from underneath the ring and aided his doppelganger in scoring a tainted victory by double teaming and beating Crush with a prosthetic arm after assigned referee for the match, Bill Alfonso, had been knocked unconscious. Afterwards the second Doink would go back underneath the ring with referee Joey Marella then coming down to the ring after the decision to alert Alfonso about what had happened. However when Marella lifted the ring apron to show Alfonso, the second Doink was nowhere in sight. It was a trick that would make David Copperfield proud. According to Doink it all just a mere illusion. Illusion or not, the clown or now clowns have enjoyed making Crush's life miserable and don't look to be showing any signs of relenting. Recently on Monday Night Raw Crush took on "The Narcissist" Lex Luger. Right when it looked Crush was going to score a huge victory with the Kona Compactor submission hold, he let go of the hold when he spotted Doink in the balcony of the Manhattan Center. Then Doink pointed to the other side of the arena where another Doink was. Luger would take advantage by nailing the distracted Crush with his running forearm smash, knocking the big Hawaiian out of the ring where he was counted out. Tired of being outnumbered Crush has enlisted the help of his mentor "Macho Man" Randy Savage to have his back against the Doinks. Together Crush and Savage are planning on performing their own magical act by making Doink and any possible clones of his disappear from the WWF forever. Mixed Tag MayhemBam Bam Bigelow is undoubtedly one of the biggest, meanest, and toughest superstars in the WWF today. However recently The Beast From The East has revealed a different more sensitive side to himself. During an interview on WWF Superstars Bigelow revealed that he was in love and then introduced Luna Vachon as his "main squeeze". The new couple have wasted no time causing trouble in the WWF primarily with Tatanka and "Sensational" Sherri. During the same interview Sherri, who was brutally attacked by Luna at Wrestlemania IX, would come down to the ring in an attempt to get revenge on Vachon. However Bigelow would come to his new found love's aid and grab Sherri before threatening to strike her. Not going to stand to see a defenseless woman be hit, Tatanka would then come to Sherri's rescue and knock Bigelow out of the ring. Unfortunately for Tatanka he would pay a price for his chivalry later on in the program. As Tatanka was getting ready for his match backstage he was ambushed by Bigelow and knocked unconscious. Bam Bam then proceeded to cut off some of the hair Tatanka had dyed red as a tribute to his Lumbee heritage. Embarrassed by this practical scalping Tatanka has vowed revenge. Both victims of attacks from Bam Bam and Luna, Tatanka and Sherri are now teaming up to get even against their respective rivals. With all the animosity involved it will definitely be a war when these two mixed tag teams do battle. The Smoking Gunns: Shooting Down The CompetitionComing to the WWF straight from the old west is the newest tag team sensation, The Smoking Gunns, comprised of brothers Billy and Bart. These two tall and rugged cowboys are looking to shoot down all the outlaw tag teams in the WWF from The Beverly Brothers to The Headshrinkers to Money Incorporated. Possessing tremendous speed and teamwork it might not be long before the two gunslingers are riding high in the saddle with the WWF Tag Team Championship around their waists. Departures
Koko B. Ware and The Big Boss Man are no longer with the WWF.

News and NotesRepo Man: Prince of ThievesOne individual who has seen a tremendous growth in popularity over the last month is The Repo Man. While he's always been a rulebreaker, fans started to rally behind the sneaky superstar when he was betrayed by the despised Money Incorperated after a six man tag team loss against Kamala and The Nasty Boys. Unfortunately for The Million Dollar and IRS their attempted attack would backfire when Irwin accidentally nailed Mr. Dibiase with his metal briefcase. Repo would then take the briefcase from IRS and waffle him with it before taking all of the money out of the case and throwing it to fans in the audience. Then the following week Repo would take it a step further. Dibiase and IRS realized their WWF Tag Team Championship belts were missing and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who was behind the disappearance of their hardware. Repo Man would come out to the ring with the belts and challenge Money Incorporated to come out and get them. An irate Dibiase and IRS would run out to the ring to reclaim their belts but they were actually falling right into a trap as The Steiner Brothers then hit the ring and laid waste to the champions with a Frankensteiner and top rope bulldog. Repo Man has now began targeting another villain of the squared circle in Rick "The Model" Martel. Recently on WWF TV after Martel scored a victory against an overmatched youngster, The Model would continue to punish his opponent after the bell by refusing to let go of his Boston Crab submission hold. Repo Man then would make the save as he clotheslined Martel out of the ring before taking his hat and jacket. An incensed Martel would challenge Repo Man to a match for the following week. Martel would ambush Repo before the bell and then attempted to use his Arrogance atomizer as a weapon. However the referee would then try to take Arrogance from Martel. While Martel was able to shove the official across the ring, the slight distraction allowed Repo to recover and whack The Model across the head with the hook on his tow rope. Repo then took Arrogance and ran to back cackling all the way. Repo Man has become the Robin Hood of the WWF, taking from arrogant superstars who he feels need to be knocked down a few pegs like Dibiase, IRS, and Martel. The Repo Man is now a folk hero and as his legend continues to grow so does his popularity. At the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event: Battle by the Bay Repo Man will look to keep his wave off momentum going by defeating The Model who will be looking to get even for having his threads and cologne stolen. Battle by the BayOn May 15th the WWF will be invading the Bay Area for it's next PPV extravaganza Saturday Night's Main Event: Battle by the Bay. In the main event WWF World Champion Bret "Hitman" Hart will face his greatest challenge to date when he puts his title on the line against the 500 pound plus Yokozuna. While Hart already had the odds stacked up against him as it was with a three hundred pound weight disadvantage, he now is an even bigger underdog thanks to a sternum injury suffered at the hands of the sumo superstar. On the April 25th WWF Superstars after Hart successfully defended his championship against "Terrific" Terry Taylr, he was ambushed by Yokozuna who flattened him with a banzai drop. Hart will still be able to defend the title at the PPV but will he be able to overcome this injury to defeated the undefeated bohemoth. Money Incorporated have been riding high after retaining their WWF Tag Team Championship against The Mega Maniacs at Wrestlemania. However they will face another great challenge in the form of The Steiner Brothers. The two All American's from Michigan are young and hungry and they've proven they can beat the champions with Scott Steiner's recent singles victory over IRS on Monday Night Raw. However beating the champions in a tag team match with the titles on the line will be a greater challenge. The Steiners have all the physical tools it takes to be champions but IRS and The Million Dollar Man always seem to find a way to win in the big match. A new number one contender for Shawn Michaels Intercontinental Championship will be determined in a 16 Man over the top rope battle royal. While there's a lot of strong contenders in the match such as Razor Ramon, Doink, Crush, and "Macho Man" Randy Savage; many are considering Mr. Perfect to be the favorite. Perfect is a three time former Intercontinental Champion and has really been on a roll since returning to the ring last November. Perfect also has a score to settle with Michaels who assaulted him backstage at Wrestlemania IX in a unprovoked sneak attack. It will be a battle of Beauty and The Beast when "The Narcissist" Lex Luger takes on Kamala. Luger has been knocking opponents left and right with his controversial running forearm smash. However as powerful as Luger is will he be able continue his string of knockouts against a man with the size and power of the Ugandan Giant? In the last few months the most heated rivalry in the tag team division has been between The Nasty Boys and The Headshrinkers. The two wildest and out of control teams in the WWF have met a few times already with nothing being resolved as all of their matches have ended in double disqualifications due to the official not being to control the violent nature of the four men in the ring. However things will be resolved when the two teams do battle in a no disqualification match in which they will surely use any weapon that isn't nailed down. Don't miss this great night of World Wrestling Federation action! RankingsSinglesBret "Hitman" Hart: WWF World Champion(c) 234, Calgary, Alberta 1. Yokozuna(6) 505, Polynesian Islands 2. News and NotesHeartbreak Kid Suffers Heartbreaking LossSince winning the Intercontinental Championship last October Shawn Michaels had been as a lyric in his theme song states, on cloud nine. However on the May 17th edition of Monday Night Raw he would come crashing down to earth in a big way. While conducting an in interview with Vince McMahon Michaels would claim to be the Intercontinental Champion of all time and then brag about taking the best shots of men like Mr. Perfect and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan. The Heartbreak Kid then stated that he would take care of Crush with ease in his upcoming title defense at the King of the Ring. However afterwards then the arrogant champion would put his foot in his mouth as he then said he would defend his title anywhere, anytime, and against anybody because he feared no man. Suddenly someone walked into the ring in shorts, a hood, and sunglasses. Then to Michaels shock the man removed his hood and glasses to reveal himself to be a returning Marty Jannetty. Marty then asked if Shawn was really a man of his word and if would defend his title against him tonight. Suddenly not as confident as he was just a few minutes earlier, Shawn would try to back pedal out of the challenge by saying Marty did not have gear and would not want him getting hurt. Marty said he had gear in his car and would go get it with Shawn then reluctantly accepting the match for later in the night. In the main event the two former partners would go at it. Knowing each other so well due to their history the match went back and forth with neither being able to get a clear advantage as both Michaels and Jannetty always seemed to have a counter for one another's maneuvers due to the famililarity that came from being tag team partners for so long. Around the ten minute mark it looked like Michaels started to get the upper hand and was maybe closing in on victory when he pelted Jannetty with a reverse crescent kick that caught the former Rocker flush on the chin. However then Mr. Perfect, who has been with odds with Michaels over the last few months, would stroll down to the ring. Instead of focusing on Jannetty, Shawn would make the mistake of going to jaw with Perfect instead. Perfect would respond by throwing his towel in Michaels face, flustering the Boy Toy long enough for Jannetty to trap him in a small package for the pinfall to win the championship. It was an incredibly satisfying moment for Jannetty who had been looking to get revenge for quite some time on Michaels for stabbing him in the back and throwing him head first through a plate glass window a year and a half ago. As for Michaels it appears his habit of making enemies has come back to haunt him as he now has lost his gold and also finds himself outnumbered against both Jannetty and Perfect. However the Heartbreak Kid has proven himself to be pretty shrewd individual at times and could have some plan in place that could lead to him getting his title back and getting revenge against both of his rivals. Mr. Hughes: Urning his KeepOver the years there's always been a cloud of mystery surrounding The Undertaker. Especially when it comes to his urn that his manager Paul Bearer carries with him to the ring during all of his matches. It's almost as if The Undertaker gains some sort of power from the urn, always being able to sit up and get back to his feet no matter what his opponents do to him. Manager Harvey Wippleman has been at odds with the man from the darkside for the last year now knowing that if he could eliminate Undertaker it would be smooth sailing to the top of the WWF. First Wippleman would bring back the cannibalistic savage "The Ugandan Giant" Kamala from the jungles of Uganda to take out The Undertaker. However instead Kamala went into his feud with Undertaker like a roaring lion and came out of it a docile lamb. Traumatized by his encounters with Undertaker and being locked in a casket, the Ugandan Giant was no longer the feared force he once. Undeterred Wippleman would bring in the yeti like close to 8 foot fall Giant Gonzalez to put away Undertaker once and for all. However while Gonzalez came closer then anyone else in doing so, even he couldn't keep down the grim reaper. Realizing the urn is the key to Undertaker's power Wippleman came up with the ultimate plan to take down the seemingly indestructible 6'10" destroyer. On a recent episode of WWF Superstars after Undertaker had defeated PJ Walker, Wippleman would send out Giant Gonzalez as a diversion to keep the dead man occupied. As Undertaker did battle with Gonzalez, Wippleman's hired gun, Mr. Hughes, would run down to the ring and drop Paul Bearer with a side walk slam. Hughes would then take the urn and level Undertaker in the back of the head with it. Hughes would then use the urn to repeatedly bash both Bearer and Undertaker in the face as they were down on the canvas. Bearer is now out of action from the attack. Not only does Undertaker no longer have his manager but he's also now lost the urn which is now in possession of Mr. Hughes. When he debuted in April, Hughes let it be known that he was a mercenary for hire and was willing to solve anyone's problems for the right price. Weighing over 300 pounds Hughes is clearly a very big and powerful and also similar to The Undertaker he appears to be cold and remorseless. Wippleman felt he had the perfect solution to his problem with Undertaker and Paul Bearer. As of now it looks like it's been a good investment for Wippleman as Bearer looks to be gone from the WWF and Undertaker hasn't been the same since losing the urn. With the power of the urn and the formidable one two punch of Gonzalez and Hughes backing him up, Wippleman now feels there's no one who can stop him from ruling the WWF. News and NotesAs Easy As 1-2-3It's often been said that anything can happen in the WWF. On any given night any one can be beat by any one. Never more did this ring true then on the May 31st Monday Night Raw. On that night Razor Ramon cockily strolled down to the ring to take on preliminary wrestler Sean Waltman. Waltman a 20 year old youngster from Minneapolis who weighs only 193 pounds was greatly overmatched by Ramon in both size and experience. In Waltman's previous two encounters he took on Doink The Clown and Mr. Hughes and was easily defeated in both matches. It would be easy to be predict the same against Ramon who has compiled one of the best win-loss records in the WWF over the last year. Ramon easily overpowered Waltman to start, bullying him to the corner to deliver some knife edge chops before tossing him around the ring like a ragdoll with moves like the fallaway slam. However then something shocking happened. Ramon Irish Whipped Waltman into the corner but when he charged him the youngster moved out of the way with the Bad Guy striking his head on the ring post. Waltman then scaled the top rope and hit a backflip moonsault bodypress on the stunned Ramon and pinned him for a three count. The greatest upset in WWF history had taken place. An overjoyed Waltman quickly fled the ring leaving an embarrassed Ramon steaming as he argued with the announcers and any one that would listen that it was a two count even though replays clearly showed that he was pinned 1-2-3. Over the last few weeks fans have relentlessly taunted Ramon, chanting 1-2-3 at him to rile him up and get under his skin. As a result they are now calling Waltman The 1-2-3 Kid. In an attempt to save face Ramon challenged the Kid to a rematch, wagering $2,500. However knowing that Ramon has the intent of not only just defeating him but also severely injuring him, the Kid refused. Now Ramon has upped the wager to $5,000 although the Kid has yet to give his answer for the challenge. Despite this recent humiliating loss, Ramon has qualified for the upcoming King of the Ring where he will take on Bret "Hitman" Hart in the opening round. Ramon is determined as he knows by winning the tournament it will do a great deal to rebuild his reputation after his embarrassing setback. However with the former WWF World Champion as his first opponent, he could very easily once again go down for a count of 1-2-3. Total DestructionStarting in mid April a siren would go off every week during brodcasts of all the weekly WWF television programs. On the third week of these warnings a voice began talking over the PA system afterwards saying that next week a bomb was going to drop. The next week the bomb did indeed drop in the form of an Adam Bomb. A survivor of the Three Mile Island accident Bomb has yellow eyes and a bright red tongue as a result of the radiation in his body. Already a big and powerful man to begin with at 6'8" and 292 pounds, it appears the accident has given Bomb enhanced strength and agility. In the ring Bomb has uses these abilities to great effect as he's destroyed all of his opponents so far. After leaping to the top rope like a big cat, Bomb glides through the air like a big missile to deliver a flying clothesline. With the opponent reeling Bomb then finishes them off with a move he calls the Atom Smasher in which he hoists an opponent up onto his shoulders before dropping them down hard on their back in a devesting powerbomb maneuver. Bomb is managed by Johnny Polo who was the voice behind the man giving the warnings. Polo grew up a spoiled rich kid in West Palm Beach, Florida before entering the sport of professional wrestling. After failing to make much waves a wrestler he decided to become a manager, picking up Bomb as his first representative. They do make for quite an odd couple and it's interesting to wonder how Polo discovered Bomb. While unusual there's no denying that they are effective as the combination of Polo's brains and Bomb's strength could be a force to be reckoned with in the WWF for years to come. Insurance PolicyMarty Jannetty's Intercontinental Title was a short one as just three weeks after winning the championship he would lose the title back to Shawn Michaels on June 6th at an untelevised event in Albany, New York. However the outcome wasn't without controversy. Michaels was accompanied to the ring by a large man close to 7 feet tall who rammed Jannetty head first into the ring post, causing him to be pinned. It was later revealed that the man's name is Diesel and that he's been hired by Michaels to be his bodyguard. Michaels claims that Diesel is just there to keep back all the chicks who swarm him wherever he goes. However it's abundantly clear that he's there as an insurance policy to interfere in matches and protect Michaels and his championship. Known for getting into scraps at truck stops and pool halls this towering trucker is a fearsome brawler who apparently possesses a devastating right hand. Named after the fuel that makes a Mack Truck go, this giant is looking to run over any one that gets in his employer's way. At the King of the Ring on June 27th Michaels will be defending the Intercontinental Championship against Crush where surely the Diesel will be lurking not too far behind. Departures Typhoon and Beau Beverly are no longer with the WWF.

Nice to see that the KOTR stayed the same. That was easily the best PPV that year.

Haven't commented much, but I've really enjoyed reading this series. Great job.
A little surprised you didn't have Hulk go over here. Thought you'd rewrite history to set up Bret/Hogan at summerslam. Perhaps that's still in the cards

Nice to see that the KOTR stayed the same. That was easily the best PPV that year. I thought Summerslam was decent and probably would be remembered a lot better if Luger had won the title. It was a pretty weak PPV year overall though with Rumble, Mania, and Survivor Series all being kind of underwhelming. Which is too bad because I thought in 93 the TV was really good mainly with the early Manhattan Center Raw's. 94 it's the opposite. The PPV's are good for the most part but the TV is terrible.

News and NotesTall OrderOver the last decade Hulk Hogan has been the resident giant slayer of the WWF. At Wrestlemania III in front of over 93,000 fans in Pontiac, Michigan; Hogan picked up and slammed and defeated the 7'4" and 520 pound Andre the Giant in a remarkable Herculean feat of strength. However now there's a man in the WWF who is even bigger then Andre who might be even too tall of an order for Hogan. At the King of Ring Hogan was looking to win the WWF World Championship for a fifth time when he challenged the 568 pound champion Yokozuna. During the match the ring was surrounded by photographers from Japan who were wanting to get shots of their champion defeating the living legend, "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan. Hulk absorbed a tremendous beating through the contest but as he's done so many times throughout his illustrious career he was able absorb all the punishment and come back. Sacrificing mass for more speed and stamina Hogan cut 27 pounds for the match as he weighed in at 275 pounds instead of his usual 302. Many questioned this decision feeling that Hogan wouldn't be able to take Yokozuna's high impact offense with less weight. However it ended up turning out to be a smart decision for the Hulkster. Using Muhammad Ali's old "rope a dope" strategy Hogan let his gargantuan foe punch himself out. When the bout got closer to the 15 minute mark Hogan's superior conditioning was winning out as the massive champion began to labor, huffing and puffing while offering no resistance to Hulk's comeback. The Real American floored the foreign menace with a big boot, dazing him but not knocking him off his feet. Hogan then came off the ropes and floored his foe with a big clothesline that knocked Yokozuna off his feet and sent him crashing to the canvas. It looked victory was imminent and Hulkamania was going to prevail once again. However then one of the photographers, an older gentleman with a long grey beard, stepped onto the apron with his camera. Hogan's manager, Jimmy Hart, went to pull the photographer off but was kicked away. When Hogan approached the photographer then shot a fireball out of his camera, hitting Hulk square in the face. Yokozuna would take advantage, hitting the blind Hulk with a belly to belly suplex and then to add insult hit a legdrop, Hogan's finishing move. Yokozuna covered Hogan for a count of three, defeating the Immortal one with his own move. As it turns out the "photographer" was actually Harvey Wippleman in disguise. Wippleman has been determined to rule the WWF and feels the best way to accomplish this is by eliminating the federation's top heroes. With the help of his hired gun, Mr. Hughes, Wippleman feels he's close to taking out The Undertaker after stealing his urn and injuring manager Paul Bearer. Now he's targeting the man who has been top dog in the federation the last ten years, Hogan, by baiting him into a feud with the near 8 foot tall Giant Gonzalez. Recently on WWF Superstars Hogan took on Mr. Hughes after accepting a challenge from Wippleman. However just like with The Undertaker a few weeks prior it was just another Wippleman trap as Gonzalez would interfere to draw a disqualification and aid Hughes in double teaming Hogan. The Smoking Gunns would attempt to make the save but were shoved aside like knats by Gonzalez. Hogan meanwhile had managed to fight back on Hughes and send him out of the ring before then facing off with Gonzalez. Hogan had taken on and defeated the biggest monsters the WWF has had offer over the years but nothing like this. The 6'8" Hogan was completely dwarfed by Gonzalez. Before anything else could happen a flood of more wrestlers came to the ring and separated the two before anything else could happen. While Andre the Giant has always been looked at as Hogan's greatest challenge, Gonzalez might pose an even bigger one. A half foot taller then Andre was, Gonzalez is so large and has such great durability one must wonder what Hogan will be to do against this force of nature. While Hogan has prided himself on being able to pick up and bodyslam any man in wrestling, that is something that might not be possible with someone as tall as Gonzalez. This is where Hogan's recent acquirement of Jimmy Hart as his manager could be very important. Hart has been one of the best strategists in the sport for years which could come in handy as if Hogan won't be able overcome Gonzalez with muscle, he will have to so with smarts and strategy. Regardless Hulk will have to wrestle the match of his life is he hopes to overcome his biggest foe yet. King of King's On June 27th the WWF held the King of the Ring event. On that night an eight man tournament took place to determine who would be the King of the Ring. When the smoke cleared it was Bret "Hitman" Hart who was victorious. In perhaps the greatest display of endurance and grit ever seen the Hitman scored three victories in one night over three top WWF stars. In the quarterfinals Hart defeated former nemesis Razor Ramon who was looking to get even against Hart for defeating him at the Royal Rumble. The Bad Guy would ruthlessly stomp on Hart's fingers, breaking some of them in the process, which took away Hart's ability to apply his greatest hold, the sharpshooter. The Hitman is resourceful though and found another way to beat his larger foe as when Razor attempted a back suplex off the top rope, the Hitman shifted his weight and fell on top of him for the three count. In the semi finals Hart took another familiar foe in Mr. Perfect. Evenly matched the two master technicians matched each other hold for hold for nearly 20 minutes before it was Hart who was able to get the last counter by reversing a small package to pin Perfect. In the finals Hart was faced with his biggest mountain to climb in the near 400 pound "Beast From The East" Bam Bam Bigelow. Hart was coming into the match at a big disadvantage as not only was he outweighed by 150 pounds but Bigelow was also well rested as after beating "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan in just five minutes in his quarterfinal match he received a bye straight to the finals as the result of a 15 minute time limit draw between Tatanka and "The Narcissist" Lex Luger that eliminated both men from the tournament. Hart on the other hand had already wrestled two hard fought matches that totaled 30 minutes. The well rested Bigelow dominated most of the match, beating down the weary Hitman who valiantly kept kicking out of pin attempts. Despite getting press slammed out of the ring by Bam Bam and hit with a chair by an interfering Luna Vachon, the Hitman would endure and eventually manage to outlast Bigelow by booting him in the face on a charge into the corner before climbing up on his shoulders and turning him into a victory roll. Afterwards a coronation was held in which Hart went to the interview podium with Mean Gene Okerlund where he was presented with a crown, cape, and scepter. However then Jerry "The King" Lawler would come out to spoil Hart's party. Lawler would call Hart a pretender and demand that he get down his hands and knees and kiss his royal feet. Hart would claim that Lawler had a lot of nerve considering he didn't even have the guts to enter the tournament when it got started. Hart would then say that Lawler was only a Burger King before getting the fans to start a "Burger King" chant. An enraged Lawler would cheap shot Hart with the scepter before delivering a brutal beating in concluding with him slamming the throne down on his Hart's back. In what was supposed to be his greatest triumph, Hart's moment had been ruined. Lawler has now made the issue even more personal by targeting Bret's family. On Monday Night Raw Hart took on Bigelow in a rematch from the King of the Ring finals. During the match Bret's father and mother, Stu and Helen, were in attendance to watch their son. Lawler would then appear in the crowd and continuously insult them while also taunting Hart who was stopped by Bigelow every time he tried to go into the crowd and stop the self proclaimed King. Eventually Hart would fight Bigelow off and chase off Lawler who cowardly fled out the nearest exit. Bret's younger brother "The Rocket" Owen Hart would make a stand for the family by challenging Lawler to a match on WWF Superstars. However Lawler would defeat the youngest of the Hart Family after utilizing a piledriver to ground The Rocket. At Saturday Night's Main Event Steel City Showdown it will be Bret who will have his turn to finally shut up the big mouth King once and for all when the rivals collide in a grudge match to determine who truly is the King of the Ring. Secret WeaponSince coming to the WWF "The Narcissist" Lex Luger has been a knock out artist. In every match Luger has had his opponents have been knocked out colder then a cue cumber after sustaining a running forearm with The Narcissist then pinning them with just his pinky finger. However many questioned the legitimacy of these victories. It seemed fishy that something as simple as Luger delivering a forearm while not even leaving his feet, had become the most devastating and feared move in the federation. Commissioner Sgt. Slaughter looked into the matter and upon further investigation discovered X-Ray photos which revealed that Luger has a metal plate inserted into his forearm as the result of a motorcycle accident a few years back. As a way to take away Luger's unfair advantage, Slaughter has forced him to wear a padding across his forearm during all of his matches. Luger claims that Slaughter had it out for him since the first day he came to the WWF, citing jealousy for the reason as in The Narcissist's words he's future WWF World Champion while the Sarge is a bitter has been who never won the WWF Title. Slaughter has taken these words personally and is now coming out of retirement for one match only to beat some respect into the muscular pretty boy. At the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event Steel City Showdown PPV Slaughter will have his first match in nearly a year when he faces Luger. On one hand one would think Luger would have the advantage being younger, stronger, and in much better physical condition then the Sarge who is coming off a long layoff from the ring. However you also have to consider the fact that Luger will have to wear the arm pad which will take away his greatest weapon in the running forearm. The Narcissist will have to figure out another way to defeat the crafty Sarge who will surely have some tricks up his sleeve of his own. DeparturesThe Nasty Boys are no longer with the WWF. I'm intrigued that you're actually having the two Doinks team up. To my knowledge, that didn't happen IRL, although who knows if it was the plan. Rest of the card looks pretty straight forward and I see where some of the booking might be going, but I'm looking forward to seeing how things shake out.
