Here are my NXT Thoughts:
This was the 3rd time that NXT aired on the 4th of July after 2012 & 2018.
Roxanne Perez VS Blair Davenport was a really good hard-hitting match.
Good interview with Ivy Nile & Tiffany Stratton to set-up a future match between them.
So the matches will be out of order. They taped the NXT Underground match last but the Loser Leaves NXT match will be the main event. I guess they had to tape the Underground match last since they had to take the ropes down.
Cool segment. Baron Corbin is being repackaged. I love him burning all of his old gimmicks.
Mustafa Ali VS Tyler Bate was an incredible match. Ali VS Wes Lee at Great American Bash for the NXT North American Title will be a banger.
What the hell is wrong with Booker T?

Kelani Jordan VS Tatum Paxley was very good. No one watches Level Up so they don't know how good Kelani is. She has been great & she's only been in 7 matches. It's not really an upset as Tatum has a 0-10-0 Record for 2023 & Kelani is now 2-5-0.
Pretty good promo by Cora Jade. Good promo by Kelani Jordan. Dana Brooke was OK. Jordan VS Jade could be a good match in the future.
It is great to see Andre Chase back in Chase U. Fun segment as always.
I like that they are doing the NXT Underground Match in the middle of the show instead of closing it, but it made sense that they taped it last as it would be stupid for them to set the ring up all over again.
Love the introductions with Alicia Taylor with the old school style microphones. I love the set-up with the wrestlers around ringside & Adrian Butler wearing different clothes instead of the usual NXT Referee Shirt.
Eddy Thorpe VS Damon Kemp was a fun match. I didn't think I would like it as I didn't like Raw Underground but it was different from your normal WWE match. I wouldn't mind more of it in the future. Gable Steveson is incredible.
Great promo by Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams. I love that it looks like he will be continuing his feud with Finn Balor & The Judgment Day.
Wow. Major implications on the line with Channing Lorenzo VS Joe Coffey next week. Tony D'Angelo's freedom on the line.
Lyra Valkyria VS Jacy Jayne was pretty good. I guess the feud isn't over as Jacy destroyed Lyra's feathers.
Funny segment with Noam Dar.
More criminal activity in NXT with Gigi Dolin vandalizing Kiana James' office.
Damn. Poor Javier Bernal getting laid out by Von Wagner, but like I said last week, I can't say anything bad about him now. Damn, all of that candy at ringside for Vic Joseph. Another good segment with Bronco Nima & Lucien Price. Looking forward to their NXT TV Debut next week.
The Creed Brothers VS The Dyad was incredible. I read the spoilers & am still shocked at the finish. Hopefully, this means that The Creeds will be moving up to Raw or Smackdown.
Awesome promo by Finn Balor. The Judgment Day will be on NXT. Maybe Damian Priest will cash in his MITB Briefcase on Carmelo Hayes.
Another great episode of NXT on deck for next week.
Great promo by Bron Breakker. Though according to Cagematch, he wrestled in 80 matches, not 78, but he is a Steiner, who has their own way of doing math. Love Ilja Dragunov coming out and them just brawling with the entire locker room coming out & they still can't be separated.
