The Bloodline much like the NWO is a very hot storyline and it has been said, there are two of the best but when the NWO ended, Eric didn’t know what else to do and in spite of or because of that, it’s one of the reasons that his organization imploded.
Where does WWE go from here after the bloodline implodes? Do they know what else to do?

Cody becomes what Sting should have become and we get his "Boyhood Dream" reign. During that we see the continued rise of heels such as Judgement Day, Imperium, Bronson Reed, I don't know man. Cody is really going to be running the gauntlet with these heels and the big question is who will be the heel to dethrone him and take over. I don't have any answer to that yet.

THE AGE OF GUNTHER as he squashes Cody.
In reality there’s no telling they’ll definitely need a big angle

Raw shouldn't really change much since Bloodline stuff is rarely on there. I think it continues being built a core 7-8 people like it is right now with Cody/Seth/Sami/KO/Becky/JD/Gunther.
On Smackdown post-Mania I think they have Roman cut a "I've lost everything and realize I've been a huge dick" type promo and then get taken out by someone. That person (Solo? Bron? Gunther?) is then built as the big heel to build anticipation for babyface Roman eventually returning for revenge. I definitely think when Roman drops the title he's done as a heel and will take a long break until Summerslam if not Royal Rumble.

I would ride the Bloodline train as long as possible, until it starts showing signs of declining via business metrics. If it’s not declining, you can simply continue to evolve the storyline. There are some ways to extend it longer where eventually Solo turns face as well.
I even saw some ideas in other circles with Roman eventually turning face in 2024, reuniting with the other members to go against the Elite (should they leave AEW).
Raw remains pretty much unaffected and they certainly have the talent to keep things fresh with all the stars on that show.

They have enough talent to evolve into another story line.
The question is where does everyone end up after?
If Cody beats Roman does he stay on RAW? Or go to SmackDown? What about the WHC? Roman will most likely take a break until at least SummerSlam.
I'm very interested in the Bloodline, I think it's the best story they've told ml since the Mega Powers. So I'm not ready for it to end just yet.
But I'm intrigued what the WWE will look like after it's over.

One of my biggest fears with the Bloodline is it gets the NWO/DX/Authority type treatment where it just drags on long after it should have died with countless rehashes that just keep getting sadder and more pathetic. WWE doesn't have a great track record of knowing when/how to end their big main event level stables. Even the Shield lingered in this sort of busted but not dead state long after Rollins broke it up.

We're not even at the Bloodline halfway point yet. I'm still waiting for Leo Kruger to return and only Roman is able to see him in the locker room mirror.

You are right, but that's not unique to WWE. That's pretty much wrestling in general. Dusty/Sting vs the Horseman lasted years and years. The Mega Powers exploding ended with Hogan retaining his title against Savage once or twice in every major arena in the country for the rest of 1989 and Hogan/Beefcake beating Savage/Zeus in two PPV main events. Pretty much every two wresters who had good chemistry were put against each other over and over to diminishing returns. Wrestling is too close to sports in that there just isn't a great way to "end" a story unless someone is willing to retire and/or leave the company when it's over.

Either make them all Doinks (brah...) or start a splinter group known as "Bloodline 2: The Search For More Money"

Have them turn into a version of the Dudleys where Rikishi is retconned as a sailor who impregnated women in every port.

Bloodline story never dies!
Terry Fubk summed it up best when he said “Forever”
