I almost wonder if the other part of this is Rhea's knee.

Because apparently she has this thing she has spoken about that her knee is always being pushed out of place and she constantly has to push it back in so I wonder if this is them trying to preserve her in ring career because something like that cannot be healthy for her longevity.
