Sunny. The opening of Royal Rumble ‘96, with her in the bubble bath sipping champagne? Daaaamn! That spring also saw the debut of Raw Magazine, and the photo spread of her was an eye-opener for 12-year-old me. Keep in mind that the internet was relatively new at the time, so photos like that weren’t as easily available.

I started watching WWF in January '99. Jericho debuted in August. So, him.
First female one was Victoria.

Tina Ferrari from GLOW. Better known as Ivory now.
Didn’t have the same feeling for her when she got to the WWF.

Miss Elizabeth and Missy Hyatt were my first two when I first got into wrestling
Then it was Sunny and Sable in the early 90s, Missy Kitty/The Kat for the latter part into the 00s
Then 00s it was all about Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, Lita, Cherry, Maria Kanellis
Modern day it’s Shida, Toni Storm, Fallon Henley and Anna Jay

Damn, beaten to the "1991 Demolition Crush" joke.
Kind of a tough one, since I guess there can be different interpretations of what "crush" means vs. just being attracted to someone. I was too young in the early to mid 90s to really feel much of anything on those lines, so just as an example I didn't really get onto the Sunny hype train during that time - didn't help I wasn't watching WWF or WCW with much regularity around 1995 or '96.
1998 was when I got back into watching every week, and doing that as a 13 year old definitely formative in its own way, I guess. Sable was being pushed really hard as the sex symbol at that point, though I think I ended up being more interested in Jacqueline after a little bit. Over on WCW I'd say Fyre ended up being my favorite Nitro Girl...but I'm not sure I'd say I had a "crush" on any of them, it was more just being a kid coming to terms with puberty and watching shows where the women were often highly sexualized.
Think I only ended up kind of getting the "crush" vibe first as a college kid seeing Becky Bayless in ROH, a very good looking woman who also had a bit of a girl next door appeal in an industry where it was still the norm at the time for all the women in the bigger companies to look like fitness bikini models. Also shoutout to Daizee Haze, if only because I got to meet her at a show and she just seemed like a very sweet person; super bright smile, too, which was funny because that's when she was playing the comically serious "muscle" for The Embassy who'd get in the ring, be underestimated since she was small, and suddenly start beating the crap out of some of the guys.
These days I definitely admit to one on Shida: girl is super talented and into music, theater, and the Legend of Zelda, and there are accounts of her being very friendly but also a monster at air hockey during fan events. If that doesn't check all the boxes, what would?

I hit puberty when I saw that Sunny video set to the Bobby Hebb song. So depressing to see what’s happened to her.

For reference I was born in 86
I also didn't watch for a few years missing from around 95 to 98
So Lita I think was just at about the right time
I had only a few WWF magazine posters on my bedroom wall, and they were Lita and Stephanie McMahon (If I remember correctly one pre implants, one post implants haha)

For dudes it’s the Hardys. I feel that every millennial woman who watched wrestling can say the same.
For the ladies, probably Trish. Her maid of honour outfit may have been an awakening… yet somehow I’m not really into blondes.

Lita. The thong with the low ride pants did something to me as a Middle Schooler.
