I mean “wait and see” but if Cash or Tony or anyone in AEW had definitive proof it didn’t happen, wouldn’t they have, I don’t know, given it to the cops and this whole thing would’ve been dropped immediately?

I sincerely think it’s being lost in this that the “definitive proof” that was discussed in the live thread was a “DM to Tony Khan” and this forum seems to be the only place it’s even remotely been discussed.

The Aew guy who checked Darby's Dm's and said everything is fine has now cleared the hair guy of any wrong doing. I feel relieved.

It sounds like a riff of Darby Allin apparently having evidence that he gave to AEW that cleared him of the sexual assault accusation.

Has Cash been formally arraigned yet? That usually means there's at least more to this case than "he said, he said" and the prosecution feels confident enough to take it to trial. Otherwise the charges would've been dropped.

Granted, I still think this eventually gets plead down to a misdemeanor and a slap on the wrist sentence like a fine and community service.

Yeah he’s been indicted/arraigned. That’s why I’m skeptical that there’s a photograph that he “DMed”to his boss that exonerated him but it somehow didn’t manage to make it to the prosecutor’s office.

So AEW management supposedly has evidence that exonerates Hair?? Ok then. Maybe they should give it to people who might be very interested in it, such as oh I dunno THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So either AEW knows more about this than we do ( completely likely) or they have plans for All Out they aren't changing because of how big they are (highly plausible). Either way, like most legal situations, a wait and see aspect is being taken and seems appropriate.

Because that is not how the legal system.works in cases like this.
