So I'll just say that I personally believe that the 2nd Amendment has been intentionally and egregiously misinterpreted and misapplied over the years. |

(speeding, swerving, break checking, tailgating) I'm not a lawyer so don't quote me, but no, I don't think you can threaten to shoot at cars because they're speeding or tailgating you, even just removed from the way that Cash is the one accused of speeding and swerving through the lane. |

I'd normally say the only real basis he'd have for self-defense is if the guy was trying to mow him down. But it's also Florida so who knows.
