I think going forward with the match is reasonable if, and only if, Cash gets suspended after the fact until the investigation resolves one way or the other. If they don't do that, if everyone including FTR goes back to "business as usual" it'll be a major black eye for AEW. Even more than all the Punk bullshit, this is a test for TK.

Have they ever met a British crowd? That crowd will be eager to shit on Dax. I bet there are people (who probably have season tickets for various football teams) brainstorming creative chants right now.

I bet there are people (who probably have season tickets for various football teams) brainstorming creative chants right now. You say that like there aren’t already groups with chants lined up to try out on the day. Onto the topic itself, by all accounts according to the law and anything to do with the judge or the UK Government themselves, there wasn’t a reason for him not to be on the show so it doesn’t surprise me. As others have said, they can only judge by what happened and not what could have happened (see; all the Uso’s DUI case). Now should he? Like, the match itself was what I was excited about but I probably would have done a tag match with the Bucks against someone else (maybe a debuting Edge and Christian, if what we hear about contracts isn’t a bluff of some kind, and considering recent history I’m not ruling that out) and have the match lined up for the tag titles. Or just stripped them of the tag belts until the case is over and have that match be for the belts. It would have sucked, sure, but it probably would have covered a lot of tracks.

If they have no evidence of a gun can he just say he didn't do it? Dude took a pic of the license plate but no pic of the guy with a gun? Yes, of course. The case will be plead down to almost nothing if not dropped all together. I will be shocked if Wheeler receives any punishment at all from AEW.

Could it be self defense if the other driver was being reckless? (speeding, swerving, break checking, tailgating) I'm not a lawyer so don't quote me, but no, I don't think you can threaten to shoot at cars because they're speeding or tailgating you This is a Top 5 all-time reply on FAN.

My patented Tony Khan Response Predict-O-Meter™ says that when asked about Cash Wheeler, he will say something along the lines of...
"Well, all eyes are on All In, and that's really exciting and really great for us here at AEW and me personally. This is a match I've had in the card for a long time, and I'm really looking forward to seeing FTR and the Young Bucks have an exciting match for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. FTR and the Young Bucks have had classic matches in AEW history prior and I'm looking forward to their really exciting match, it's gonna be really great. I'm not looking at anything past this at the moment regarding FTR, but it's really great and really exciting that we're going to have the third match in the classic series between FTR and the Young Bucks at All In in front of 80,000 AEW fans. That's where 100% of my focus is right now for Cash Wheeler and FTR."

Yeah gotta listen to your legal counsel. You don’t want FTR Hair Trigger to turn into FTR Litigation

Go ahead with the match, have FTR drop the belts to The Bucks, and then suspended Cash indefinitely. That's the way it should be done.

Yeah gotta listen to your legal counsel. You don’t want FTR Hair Trigger to turn into FTR Litigation Not sure what legal grounds he’d have to sue if he was pulled from Wembley while it plays out. Don’t think AEW talent typically get paid PPV bonuses based on the house and buys, I believe they just have fully guaranteed deals of a certain amount.

I just hope Tony doesn't think that he waits long enough, everyone will forgive and forget the whole Cash Wheeler thing so he wouldn't have to be the bad guy and punish Cash.

Doesn't sound like the case, I'm honestly more curious about the situation as whole being "Inconclusive" enough to not take action right this moment.

Idk if it's BS, he outright said he doesn't have enough to punish Cash by keeping him off the event right now but is taking the situation very seriously As it is still developing as a whole, my thought is they go through with Wembley and likely, FTR lose and go off TV for awhile, at least Cash does, maybe they write him off with an "Injury" and Dax wrestles singles for a bit. More curious how the situation is "Inconclusive", if it's boiling down to he said/she said about some things it could be a pain in the ass.

The only way that Tony Khan would be exposing himself to legal liability by pulling Cash from the All In card is if appearing was specifically negotiated into FTR's new contracts, which I suppose is possible. Otherwise, he's an independent contractor, employed at will. TK could replace him with Serpentico tomorrow for no other reason than "I hate his stupid pseudo mullet" and that would be that.
Otherwise, there would be about three dozen guys beating down Morgan and Morgan's door about a lawsuit, considering that 2/3rds of the roster is not booked on the show.

I've been under the assumption best way to go about the Cash situation is to have the Bucks win the title and then take FTR/Cash off tv for a little bit. May not be the most ideal situation but easiest way to get through things
