I remember back when the Covid Cuts happened we had a similar thread, so thought it might be a nice silver lining to the cloudy day these wrestler’s careers have had.
So far it looks like a pretty small promotion (unfortunately that may change):

To kick things off I’d probably just go with the classic 8-man tournament to crown a male champ.

In the opening match Dolph Ziggler has a competitive match with Riddick Moss, but cheats to win. Something classic like using the ropes for leverage. This sets Ziggler up as your top heel right off the bat while still retaining the heat of another talent.
In the second match Mustafa Ali beats Mansoor clean in a fairly competitive match which shows off Ali’s exciting in-ring style.
Things change gears for the third match which is a battle of the giants as Dabba-Kato takes on Shanky. This is kept to a minimum as it’s mostly there for the visual of two big dudes. Shanky wins by DQ after Dabba-Kato brutalizes Shanky and he refuses to listen to the ref’s instructions to put down a steel chair.
To close out the first round Shelton Benjamin beats Rick Boogs cleanly. After the match Elias walks to the ring and breaks a guitar over Boog’s head to lay the groundwork for a storyline.
In the second round Ziggler cheats again to beat Mustafa Ali. Again, keeping it simple it could be something straightforward like using brass knucks behind the ref’s back.
Shelton also defeats Shanky setting up the tournament final of Shelton/Ziggler.
The twist to the tournament is this time Ziggler wins, but he doesn’t have to cheat to beat Shelton Benjamin.
Going beyond the tournament some storylines that could emerge:
*Shelton doubts himself since he was the only one Ziggler beat cleanly. He goes on a path of self discovery to see how much gas he has left in the tank.
*Mustafa Ali and Riddick Moss both want rematches with the cheating Ziggler. The two face off to determine the number one contender. Ali wins and longterm he’d be my pick for the company’s first ace.
*Dabbo-Kato and Shanky I’d give the false setup to them being rivals, but quickly morph them into being a tag team in the vein of the Skyscrapers. I’d like to feud them with Mansoor and Mace since that’s the only proper semi-established team, but with no ring general they might stink up the joint. I’m thinking give each duo a workrate guy to balance things out for some trios matches. Right now the roster is a little low on workrate guys though.
*Boogs and Elias would be my gimmicky character-based feud to start. Their past gimmicks both involving music can be leaned into though I’d like to avoid too much bad comedy.
*I’d shy away from having a women’s title to start because the roster is so thin, though I’d definitely like to feature Emma’s in-ring skills. I’d be interested in teaming her with male star(s) against Aaliyah and/or Dana Brook with different male talent for some mixed tag matches. Maybe I’d kill two birds with one stone and team Emma/Mansoor/Mace up against Dana Brook/Dabba-Kato/Shanky. Although when I think workrate Dana Brook isn’t the first name that comes to mind.
*I’d probably just never use Top Dolla. If I had its JTTS duty.
