Is this meme related to 4 chan and somehow its racist? I mean it's basically what nope and nope. It literally started from Twitter. Someone posted the picture with the caption like "Me after 1 double rum and coke" That's the meme... it's just kinda based on the weird expression dude is making. |

The sad part is this is probably the funniest new meme of the year so far.
Given its competition was that dumb toilet animation, where the creator was outed as a f***ing asshole so... yeah, that wasn't hard though
It's been a dry as f*** year for new memes, so much so the "Is the dress blue or gold?" meme has revived itself in some relevant ways.
