Tony Khan has been calling up WWE, breathing into the phone when they answer and hanging up all morning.

WWE simply couldn't combat this, though.
Then they should do a reenactment with Timeless Toni Storm in the role of CM Punk

Tony Khan has been calling up WWE, breathing into the phone when they answer and hanging up all morning. He's ordering 100 pizzas to wherever they film NXT and saying they'll pay on delivery.

Their response is bringing Cena, Taker, etc?
So the response was to just have bit cameos from people from the past who they're giving the impression matter more than the people who actually earned the ratings they did week in and week out, a thing that, honestly, would still have won the night anyway? Also, yeah, AEW's had a long way to go. They're 4 years old. If we're counting Capital Wrestling Corporation and the WWWF in this, WWE literally turned 70 when AEW turned 4.

It's always hilarious how threatened the WWE is by any other wrestling ever existing.

It'd be like ragging on WWE's Twitter for putting up images about NXT tonight. What are they supposed to do, assume you're already going to watch and know it's happening? I think it’s all funny and fine but the big difference is the WWE Twitter is an official account, whereas Tony is the promoter himself and he sometimes handles things on Twitter in a less than formal manner that you wouldn’t expect from someone in his position. So naturally there will be some “haters” about that. exactly this...It comes across as the spoiled (rich) kid not getting his way or winning and he is throwing a fit about it. I have 3 kids and those outbursts go in line with common childish behavior.

She'll also play Jack Perry and Tony Khan. And the TV monitors that Tony fell onto. She's that good

As someone that thinks things being formal, and the whole corporate world, is for c***s anyway I don't mind Tony wearing his heart on his sleeve on social media. He can be very cringe with it but the guy feels like the other company are taking the piss and is letting people know how he feels, can relate to that more than any regular dickhead in a suit. A lot of it is quite funny too.
The 'fired up WWE source' is so much more cringe, tonight "showing what WWE is about" is laughable, taking the emphasis of what is already a really good wrestling show to put the attention on a bunch of old people is the exact sort of shit they've been attempting to brief to Meltzer that AEW do and they (WWE) definitely don't as they're only interested in young talent. It's certainly true that it shows the massive insecurity they still have over any form of competition however. They kind of lost their right to make the snide comments like that when they admitted defeat with their normal roster and decided to bring in guys with no connection to it, wheeling out the Undertaker being the exclamation point.
No matter what happens tonight I think AEW will be the better wrestling show and at the end of the day that's what they set out to be

Yeah the only person that’s not been there every week is the hinted-at Undertaker appearance.

The company’s hot and succeeding. This is simply not true. I don't really mean money wise or profit wise I mean in just entertainment/quality wise. And yes that is opinion but I doubt the WWE will ever see the type of pop culture or fan engagement success they had during attitude ever again. I could be wrong sure but I feel it's about as safe as saying that the Patriots won't see the success they had with Tom Brady for a very very long time if ever again.
