I think it's going to turn out that WWE was right to push this to WM 40. It really depends on how they get to Roman/Cody II in terms of build up. Obviously, Cody has to win this time. At least so far, it’s worked out well with Cody becoming even more over than he was at WM39.

So Cody Vs Roman III at WM41 in a empty arena exhibition match? Cody: “you want to ring the bell?” Roman: “alright, Ding……Ding” “show ends with a freeze frame of a Roman Superman punch at Cody, the winner is never revealed” Can't wait for the storyline where Ilja beats Roman to death then Cody solves international relations again. With Paul Heyman as Paulie. Oh my God, yes. I want this now

Yeah that staredown was fire and it'll be a dope match. Cody's about to get that belt. I mean sure, I still think Cody should have won at WM but with that said they've done a great job in picking up the momentum and keeping it rolling. First Bianca, then Sami and now this. For these big league storylines they're able to keep guys rolling after a loss so I'm glad about that.

Imagine if Cody loses again lol. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} He won't but I'd have the biggest f***in Grinch smile again if it happened. Though at this point I almost want Solo to be the guy to dethrone Roman instead just for the WM21 Batista parallels. Not saying he should win the Rumble (I was HOPING it'd be Sami and he'd main event Night 1 against KO, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, that had to get RUINED) but if you're gonna go the inevitable route of Roman finally losing in Philly, why not make a new star out of it? Cody's pretty much already there.

Cody III: Solo calls him out by trying to bang Brandi before accidentally killing Cody’s mentor(Arn Anderson), wins the title, and Cody has to admit that he’s afraid and go train at Roman’s gym on the isle of Relevancy with a bunch of mean Samoans. Cody IV: Old gray Roman makes one last attempt to come back in an exhibition against Rusev. Rusev kills him while Cody cries and Lana laughs. Cody has to go to Russia to train with Paul Heyman to help him. Cody finally defeats Rusev to save America and even Lana’s Putin flag “WOAH’s” and does the hand thing at the end.

For these big league storylines they're able to keep guys rolling after a loss so I'm glad about that. they had Cody win convincingly in a feud with BROCK LESNAR, to the point that they had Brock himself give respect to Cody at Summerslam after their match. That's something Brock has not really done for anyone he's feuded with. That goes a long way in keeping Cody's momentum alive after the loss at WM39.

I’m not gonna lie, with how strong Brock has been booked this past decade, I thought there was a chance that he would beat Cody or Cody would have to cheat or Brock would get a phantom pin, but nope Cody straight up beat him clean.

That entire thing was incredible. Jey and Cody’s celebration shut down as they both stand in lline shocked at Romans music and arrival. The bloodline. The face off. Holy shit..yea I can’t wait for Round II.

I don't know Dustin's contract status, but if he showed up as the one to help Cody win the title, it would be very fitting.
Since last year we ran through Sami and KO and that wasn't enough.
I guess Jey or Goldust helping Cody can seal the deal.

I think the biggest draws in WWE are:
1. LA Knight 2. Roman 3. Cody
I think LA Knight will win Seth's title at WM, and Cody will win Roman's.

That felt huge. Cody thankfully still over but WWE can’t screw up this time.
