Idk whether it is adrenaline or what but KAIRI seem's perfectly fine with how she is rubbing the blood on her face and being the gremlin sister probably trying to show Bianca to stop being worried that she is fine but Bianca is definetly worried with that look on her face she is guilt ridden going by her overall body language.

I definitely hope Kairi didn’t like irreversibly damage her eye, but if she has to wear an eye patch while recovering from it, thematically she is probably the best person on the roster to require an eye patch.

I absolutely don't think it was intentional, but I feel like Alba and Isla are pretty much cooked after they lose next week. They'll probably go back to being jobber fodder with tonight's f***up. Especially since absolutely no one wanted to see Alba/Isla vs Jade/Bianca AGAIN, considering their previous match was kind of not great.
The match itself had a very stupid layout in general. Like...Jade hit Kairi right in front of the ref, who just completely ignored it. Jade has been mistiming spots frequently as of late, and I'm at the point where I feel like she needs to spend some time back in the PC (NOT NXT), and they need to just stop trying to keep her "undefeated" as well.

To add onto this, I'm kinda tired of Kairi catching the blame for every little thing that goes wrong, because she's catching the majority of the heat from this accident on reddit. Twitter/X is more sympathetic towards her.

I guess on the Fightful stream, SRS mentioned Kairi was getting checked out backstage (obviously), but said that she didn't lose an eye, and was likely just gonna be stitched up and miss a few weeks of action. He also hinted that Alba and Isla beating Damage CTRL was always the plan, and a reward for Alba and Isla's performance at Bash in Berlin.

For those who have asked for an injury update on Kairi Sane, who was busted open and hurt hitting the announce table during a dive to the outside, all that PWInsider.com has been able to confirm is that she received stitches backstage from WWE's medical team after her match.
If there was any larger injury, we have not been able to confirm what it might as of this writing. We will update if and when we confirm more.
