Regarding joshi and WWE, there are conflicting reports about Giulia coming out now. Dave is insistent that she's still WWE bound. Voices of Wrestling however is claiming that WWE has lost interest in her.

While they have been taking their time with the Damage Ctrl split, I think it has helped add layers to each of the players within. They've been building up sympathy for Bayley since Crown Jewel by showing how isolated and alone she's become from the other members in the group. The Joshis obviously are done with Bayley and want her out either for personal reasons(Kairi) or because she's the "weak link" and is dragging them down(IYO). Dakota's interesting because they can go in 2 different directions: the route of her gaslighting Bayley and stringing her along or her being the only member who has any sympathies towards Bayley with IYO trying to convince her otherwise(i.e. After Bayley lost to Bianca, Dakota was the only one who checked up on her after the match; Backstage after that match, IYO seemed like she was trash-talking Bayley to Dakota before Bayley arrived; 2 weeks ago after their confrontation with Bianca Belair backstage, IYO nudged Dakota and pointed at Bayley and Dakota begrudgingly talked Bayley into taking the match against Bianca).

Funny thing is the Joshi's have all the right to turn on Bayley and this is through what she did to KAIRI , Bayley has to pay the penance at some point and idk how they plan to somehow spin that off into Bayley being the babyface for what she did and both IYO and Asuka are gonna be justifed when they beat her ass let alone KAIRI. Just something tells me this isn't going to be as straight forward as everyone else turns on Bayley because if that was the case IMO it probably should have and would have happened after they lost WarGames. |

Whilst I generally like Triple H's bookings and stories, I do agree that there are times when they could do with moving things at a less GLACIAL pace as you put. Having said that, Damage CTRL breaking up, assuming they kick Bayley out pre-Mania, I think is going at the right pace for now at least. |

This is Bayley, the same person who had what, 3 years of being about to feud with Sasha but not really. I'm still gutted we never got a one-on-one at Mania between her and Sasha. And yes, I know that it took like 3 years for them to finally pull the trigger on a feud (frankly, I'm surprised it took them so long to pull the trigger on a feud between them) which is why I'm hoping they don't do that in Bayley's current situation. |
