Japan excursions for little used main roster and some green NXT women would be fantastic tbh
My brain immediately went to people like Piper Niven and Tegan Nox from the main roster, and someone like Lola Vice who is almost ready for the big time in NXT. There could also be a really good story of someone losing the title and going to Japan to rebuild their confidence before coming back, like Lyra right now if it were up and running.
This makes me wonder if it's possible we'd get it on the Network? Doubt it (or, at least, not getting my hopes up) but I'd be lying if the thought hadn't crossed my mind about it.
Update on the Giulia situation, per Fightful Select:
She has agreed to join WWE. They offered more money than AEW, and were more interested in her than AEW was. Regal was a key part of her signing with them. Her debut was kept as a surprise to almost everyone apparently, as she was rushed into the ringside area under a cloak so no one knew who she was.
Finally, and probably the most interesting point in the article is that she is still in the US, apparently. She did not return with Rossy. Speculation is that she could debut as soon as tonight. She has a few dates left, including a couple in Rossy's new promotion, but will primarily be working WWE.

Corey Brennan on Twitter (the guy who breaks all of the NXT scoops for Fightful Select) mentioned that Giulia is someone WWE is very high on, and they want her in the Ilja Dragonov role for NXT.

Is the network even gonna be a thing once they hit netflix? because I would think not as they would probably just throw it all onto Netflix.

Kinda hope the Network is still a thing as at least I can watch the stuff with headphones on and not be too disturbed during watching it lol.

It won't happen until the rest of Giulia's commitments are over with, but it would be funny as hell for Roxanne to basically get Trick William'd tonight in regards to her title run. Lose it only a couple days after regaining it. Then Roxanne would go from "angry chihuahua" to that dog from Cujo.

Am I right in assuming that Giulia is going to be your NXT version of IYO?

It'll be funny until you realize that means the new champ would be Natalya(whom Roxanne is facing tonight)

Nah, I mean Natalya is being used as a bait and switch for the actual match. Roxanne takes her out early in the night, Ava decides to punish Roxanne by making her defend the title against a MYSTERY WOMAN who ends up being Giulia.
Giulia did an interview with Tokyo Sports this morning. She continued to make jokes about the Himalayas, but went on to say that yes, she obviously met with William Regal and CCO Triple H, and said that she would have an announcement in the not-too-distant future about it.
