But who else were the only other ones involved in the first brawl-in? My point is, if I had to chose between the two, im sure as hell not picking the Elite to run my company. Punk was their #1 draw and they let him walk. Now, they are gonna get killed even more with Punk's return. Randy and Punk alone are going to draw numbers. Its a miracle they arent head to head. But this also counts in ticket sales. Majority of people are just not going to AEW shows anymore. They needed to keep Punk to at least rival the star power of WWE. AEW are utterly screwed and the only finger we cant point to is Kenny and The Bucks. They utterly screwed the pooch for their own company and it sucks. You're forgetting the entire second time Punk threw hands. The one that ultimately got him fired after the first time around whenthey were still trying to make him a top draw, gave him the whole Saturday show, were planning to have him main event their tentpole PPV, and then he got into a fistfight. Like. You're asking who esle was involved in the first fight as if there weren't two fights and as if there wasn't only one guy who was in both of those situations. |

One of two things happens: Punk dumbs himself out of position again, or he sucks it up and swallows his pride to not rock the boat in WWE. Either way, good for his fans, and not super shocked in the grand scheme of things given what we've learned of CM Punk's supposed integrity in the past few years. Of course he crawled back.

Okay so fun fact now that we've actually seen the glass spot; that wasn't trying to protect him. Because windshield glass is not 'real glass' like side window glass is real glass. It's covered in stuff to make sure that if a rock hits your window it doesn't shatter into your face and kill you instantly. The spot Jungle Boy did with real glass was fully safe and exactly how you would do a windshield spot. But all of that is irrelevant because Punk opened his mouth first in complaining to the dirtsheets about the situation and putting the whole topic out into the world. |
