but saying that nonthing has changed in WWE is just a flat out lie oh yeah thats why I said RAW, it really hadn't changed from what I saw, just the same old RAW I tuned out of years ago, it was intolerable, sorry, not my thing

Not surprised to hear that it did good numbers this week.

I’m curious as to what people apparently found so horrible about this specific RAW, because that’s all I’ve been hearing about, what a waste of time it apparently was.

I think it’s really the format of the show the show is a lot better than it was when Vince was around but we all gotta remember, a ton of the OGs probably missed the real dark periods. like when they did the whole “you’re the authority” thing, years and years where we were begging for the worst of the guest host era as a reprieve dynamite and raw couldn’t be more different of shows if they tried

i'm not trying to be funny but yeah just the overall presentation of the show, the look, the commentary, the live editing, the pacing, the WWE-ness, just a no thanks to RAW really rather than anything else EDIT - the comedy also, and the set, and the commercials - all brought back a lot of familiar and also bad memories

Good number. The question is how many of the "new" viewers stick around next week. The NFL game they went up against wasn't really hot, either. That was the first RAW i watched in ages. I stopped watching because it's so long. The fact they made me wait 2:50 minutes to see a fairly standard promo is not exactly making me want to sit through another 3 hours.

I also caught some of Dynamite tonight andthought the matches were great and was a overall pretty good show. I just perfer WWE’s shows and overall presentation. That’s what’s great about having two distinctive top wrestling promotions, a lot of variety for everybody

and like am I watching raw without the live threads? admittedly hell no lmao I mean, I'm at work during the times when almost all the shows are on live (around midday east Australian time), so I can't really be in the live threads much anymore. Probably why they seem so f***in' strange to me now, I'm out of the loop with all the running bits. At the same time, that also means I'm not getting a lot of the on-the-run feedback of the show, which is why I end up asking why people thought this RAW was so especially bad when it read like the same kind of RAW it always is. i'm not trying to be funny but yeah just the overall presentation of the show, the look, the commentary, the live editing, the pacing, the WWE-ness, just a no thanks to RAW really rather than anything else EDIT - the comedy also, and the set, and the commercials - all brought back a lot of familiar and also bad memories So a lot of this seems to be issues with the production (which as I understand, even with all the upheaval behind the scenes, is still run by Kevin Dunn). What changes need to be made make all that more palatable? Especially since you cite barely any of the actual content as an issue.

What changes need to be made make all that more palatable? Especially since you cite barely any of the actual content as an issue. at least for me it was a little better than the usual raw but probably worse for people checking in for the first time in forever cause punk was there. mainly because the show is a full 3 hours now and because of that promo being at the very end and minuscule amount of meat to it if you compare it to the average raw we’ve had the last few months it was certainly not that bad but looking through the eyes of someone who hasn’t been watched in a long time I could see it being pretty damn boring and painful
