Personally I'd like to see him sign with OVW and start a blood feud with EC3

EDIT: Becky, however, I could see leaving. Not to go to AEW or anything, but if she were to take a Jericho like sabbatical and disappear for a year or two and just take a break it would not surprise me at all You have to wonder when/if Becky (or Seth, or both) wants to settle down for the kid to go to school, or maybe have more children. It's one thing to cart a baby/toddler around with them arena to arena, and I'm sure they have a perfectly good support network in place if needed, but the little one will surely need some sort of stability soon. I was leaning that direction. It wouldn’t shock me if Becky wants to go spend the last year or two with the kid before the kid is full time school. Those are premium bonding years

Exactly. Plus if Seth is as hurt as people seem to think, that once or twice a schedule with little to no overseas travel has to seem enticing. Also he's got a school and I think coffee shop in Iowa that he might want to devote time to as well.

I could see him parlaying it into a more part time schedule that Roman/Brock have, same with Becky.
I think he’s a lifer, but there’s nothing wrong with seeing what’s out there, especially if he’s got some dream matches for himself out there that AEW could offer.

I have a feeling he will leave as he has pretty much done it all in WWE and the prospects of wrestling Omega,Ospray and the chances to work with Japanese talent too has to be very temptimg. He has pretty much worked with everyone in WWE bar Punk that he has to be thinking about it a bit. WWE doesn't have the huge pool of talent AEW has.

It's hard to think he'd leave...but from a fans perspective he may get more money to wrestle a lot less...

I think he's going to stay. Dude still has thousands of ideas for the WWE Costume Department.

I wonder if they'd let him take a part time schedule if that's something he'd be interested.
Dude's been such a workhorse and company guy for the past decade, he's certainly earned it.

Pretty sure he’s not going anywhere. He’s had all he’s ever wanted with wwe. He may ask for less dates so he can spend more time at home/on his other ventures. I kinda wish we didn’t know when contracts were expiring, especially this far in advance.

I'd love to see him and Becky both somewhere else, but I won't count on it.

He's closer to the Moxley mindset than the Reigns mindset, I think - there may reach a point at which the intangibles will become more of a barrier to renewing the contract than the money. Both Seth and Becky are virtually set for life and can walk away from the business if they chose, but Seth is still looking for the broader experience and may not be as tethered to WWE as one may think.
There are others with that mindset on the roster as well, and I would not be surprised to see them weighing their options in due course.
