NXT FAN Live Thread Awards: ACTING Segment of the Year: In a show known for its ACTING it is super hard to pick a winner, but I ultimately decided to go with an ACTING segment that was spread across multiple segments on a show The award goes to Brooks Jensen, Kiana James, Josh Briggs & Fallon Henley. Josh Briggs gave one of the greatest ACTING performances of all time. Women’s Locker Room Segment of the Year: It is unusual to have such a clear winner in a category that gives us such quality week to week, but there was one runaway winner to me. The award goes to Tiffany Stratton & Kiana James on the 9/19 edition of NXT. NXT Town Segment of the Year: Perhaps I’m letting my personal bias shine through here but WE NEED MORE LEATHER. NXT Storyline of the Year: There are so many choices from Fallon & Jensen, to all things Chase U, Tony D going to jail & Gigi Dolin exposing Kiana James’ wild past but only one moved me and changed me as a person. The award goes to the mystery and reconstruction of Von Wagner’s forehead. NXT In Ring Promo of the Year: Heavily considered going with Dani Palmer’s promo where she demanded the mystery attacker reveal themselves but I couldn’t give an award to Dani Palmer. The award goes to Tiffany Stratton, Gigi Dolin, Kiana James, Blair Davenport & Roxanne Perez’s promo train from NXT Heatwave, particularly for this exchange from Gigi & Kiana. NXT One Liner of the Year: “Because this big Instagram famous aaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, is going to kick yours tonight.Least Boring m*n’s Match of the Year(Non Ilja): This match was alright for m*n. The award goes to the Men’s Iron Survivor |
