Just had a vicious and violent debate with someone about who was the better wrestler overall. I chickened out and said they were basically equal (though, I prefer Bianca).
So now it's up to FAN to decide. Who do you think is better?

Bianca is a better wrestler, faster, stronger, like the only thing Rhea is "better" than her in is character and that's because if the Judgement Day stuff. I love em both but yeah I'm taking Bianca.

Pretty much across the board it is Bianca.
Better in ring and more charismatic.
But like said above the only point in Rhea's favor is character.

chickening out with them being equal but imo, they are. bianca is about as good as you'll ever see in the ring but rhea's intangibles/character is in a whole different category.

Rhea is a better character and Bianca is probably a better worker. I say probably because Rhea can have excellent matches but isn't given as many chances to have them as other top women.

Rhea easily. Bianca is just lacking something. Like I want to see what Rhea does, Bianca lacks that. She has the potential to get there but at this point in time she just ain't clicking.

I'll give Bianca the slight edge as a wrestler, but Rhea's a much better seller, and I like Bianca's theme song a lot more. I'd say they're just about equal in every other category.

Rhea. For my money. Bianca’s really good though.

I'll go one further: Sunny or 2016 Alexa Bliss?

Both are immensely talented and have had some incredible matches (Bianca/Sasha and a few of those Rhea/Charlotte matches were insanely good) but also have big gaps in their games.
Bianca for Performance Center-y reasons which I guess isn't really her fault, but I can't see her ever changing from the "steamroll everyone and fall apart completely the instant she has to improvise" style, and it never seems like they let Rhea do anything outside of like three tropes like her stepping forward to have a stare down with some dude confronting Judgment Day even though Mattel will never let guys and gals fight so it's just pointless, her squashing everyone, mami stuff (though take all my opinions here with a Titanic sized boat full of salt cuz it's been forever since I watched so this could all be outdated?).
I think I'd give the edge to Rhea just cuz performance center style can bug me so much, I get taken out of a match completely when Bianca gets frustrated and starts audibly calling spots because she couldn't get her thirteenth move in a row in when her opponent tried one spot to recover for a botch.

Rhea. Bianca should be commended for how consistent she is in hitting her flips and strength spots, because that's not easy, but a lot of her matches run together and you can really tell the difference when she has to lead the match vs when she's wrestling Becky or Bayley, which is part of why she's wrestled Bayley so much over the last three years. I feel they're having some issues in terms of balancing how to book Rhea in matches because she's a dominant heel who crowds also love, but matches like Ivy this week or Natalya last year showed that it's possible to make even that work and still be compelling. And that's just purely speaking in terms of the in-ring, as I feel what's set Rhea apart since she really got going on the main roster is her character work and how much she's improved on the mic. It means that they can book her in a wider variety of segments and storylines than they can Bianca.

Going by the Bret three category criteria:
Look: Rhea marginally. They both have a great look but there's so much smoke and mirrors put into Rhea's makeup, hair, ring gear, camera angles, her own body language to make her come across as a modern-day Chyna when in reality she's only slightly bigger than the average woman. It's quite impressive.
In-ring: Bianca, her matches are smoother and she seems to have good matches with everyone. Rhea is being kept away from main event wrestlers until WM so has struggled to make matches/angles with the midcard of Raw's women's division memorable.
Talking/Charisma: Rhea not only for her mic work but the chemistry she has with her stablemates and opponents. Bianca is very charismatic but she showed less chemistry with her babyface partners at War Games than many would have hoped and her promos while fine are yet to stand out.

Rhea's a lot more well-rounded and versatile of a performer. Bianca really just has one mode and while she plays it well if she's forced out of her comfort zone it doesn't tend to go well.

Ripley. She sells better than Belair, and her character's evolved, while Belair's has mostly been the same since NXT.

My answer is Chelsea Green. Rhea obviously fears her.
