I prefer it when the majority of the Rumble participants is unknown prior to the event. Makes it more fun.

I may as well ask as someone baffled as to why, with a week to go, 50 out of 60 spots in the matches are unaccounted for... What are your expectations with a Rumble field that is mostly a surprise? Do you go in with the hope that most of them will be legends, injury returns, call-ups or people outside the regular active roster? Or are you realistic and get that most of the unannounced entries will be people on the regular roster?

I’d like the midcarders that are going to be in it be announced because that is kind of a let down to me when I think there’s a legitimate surprise coming and it’s one half of a tag team that comes out.

I like to know as many participants as possible so I can get my Records & Facts & Stats organized. At this rate, I have to do extra work and get the Records for every active member of the WWE Roster organized so they're ready to go when they enter the match.

On the Raw side, absolutely.
SD however, the Rumble feels like an afterthought.

I feel like with all the different potential stories they’re building to, this might be the most unpredictable rumble in terms of who’s winning in quite a while., at-least IMO.
