I want to be clear - I am not accusing anyone else of anything on the level of what's in that article. But guys like John Cena, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker going to chill with Vince McMahon at his last birthday party now...it just feels weird. I'm assuming this was more of an open secret in that company than we know and we're about to be disappointed with a lot of people. Wrestling and covering up for rape is a tale as old as time. One guy that did that was a highly sought after free agent last year (his wrestling last name is also a birds name.) Having listened to the shoot podcasts of the last few years, it always seems like it was a cesspool of an industry with a mix of shady and sleazy people and genuinely decent people just making a living. But that's every industry it seems. Its a matter of what gets told and who stabs who in the back. The things we don't know would be enough to kill us. That said, its still weird to think how close Brock and Vince are given Sable's lawsuit

So this is a surpris… no it’s not even remotely a surprise at all. This is Vince McMahon so this should shock nobody who even is half paying attention. Hopefully John laurinaitis gets what’s coming to him, because he seemed to just disappear and he doesn’t deserve to just get away with it. I do wonder if this is the reason why Stephanie quit so abruptly ?
And well Brock has been accused of exposing himself to Terri runnels in the locker room so brock being a piece of work isn’t a shock.
This does make why TKO wanted Vince away from any power, and put in a clause in his contract that he could be fired seem like they knew he’d possibly be a liability to them down the road.

Write her a blank cheque. Give her twice the amount she asks for.
f***ing purge WWE. Memory hole Vince. Release Brock. Investigate every allegation against Vince and Cut every wrestler that was involved. Even the ones that are only on legend contracts. Fire every executive that was named, unnamed or alluded to in the paperwork.
If that means the entire board is forced to retire then good f***ing riddance.
Burn it to the f***ing ground.

That's very fair. Im just wondering who is involved in all of this. It sounds like it's everyone including Nick Khan Stephanie is gone, and I don't see Triple H or Nick Khan going anywhere, especially since they have a pretty solid argument that Vince had forced his way back onto the board anyways, despite being advised to stay away, and not being named in the lawsuit as a defendant. Also possible this is WHY she went. He bullied his way back in, and, having found out stuff no one should have to read about, let alone read about your dad, she just walked away - but didnt burn the company down as she went as ultimately it does pay her bills

Holy shit. This is....Jesus. I did not expect this even from Vince. Brock being implicated is just f***ing insane. Last guy in the world I'd expect to go in for that shit. Like this is 'end of WWE' level stuff, given how many people you'd expect to know by implication.

It's gonna be weird listening to the New Gen Era without any commentary going forward.

And text messages? Why would they leave those kind of tracks? People like Vince, with all their money and power, think that they're untouchable. And, tragically, in many cases they absolutely are.

WWE must die.
Force them to sell/liquidate all remaining assets and give 100% of the proceeds to Grant.
(Yes, this is an emotional reaction in the moment. With time, I'll resign myself to "The world doesn't work that way", but...)

RVD openly said on TV only a few years ago that back in the day a lot of the roster in WWE was drugging woman in every town they visited. The fact nothing more came of that is shocking.

I doubt that Vince McMahon Netflix documentary is going to see the light of day Buried in the desert like The ET Games

Hopefully this also gets the ball rolling and encourages others to come forward as well, I'm sadly sure that she wasn't the first to be put through that sort of abuse.

Unfortunately, there likely isn't enough money to properly compensate them all for the wicked shit Vince has done to them, especially if nobody can file criminal charges against him and get his ass thrown in Prison. Vince has likely been doing this shit for almost 50 years.

Jesus f***ing Christ this is f***ing deplorable (and yes I used that word on purpose). If that gets me ban, f*** it!
I really don't know what else to say other than I hope the victims get some real justice.

I wonder how many of the same people across social media who have already condemned Jericho and called him a sexual predator with no evidence whatsoever, are now defending Vince and WWE from this lawsuit.

F*** John Laurinaitis. F*** Vince McMahon. F*** WWE. I'll leave it at that before I say something that gets me banned. My sentiments exactly. I will never be able to divorce the WWE at large from Vince McMahon. Vince McMahon is the WWE.

I get your point but I'm also not sure it's really particularly relevant to this conversation. This isn't an AEW vs. WWE matter. This is some heinous shit.
