He absolutely does to be in the Goat talk, give me a fxxxing break. He also lost to Brady in the AFC championship and the Super Bowl, you can’t get those back The Super Bowl they lost to TB because the Browns nearly took him out for the rest of the season in the divisional game and he wasn't playing right for the rest of it?

The GOAT talk is silly, it’s sports talk nonsense, I don’t want Mahomes winning the Super Bowl because I want my team to win,

Brady is the easiest GOAT in a sport besides Gretzky, it is goofy to say Mahomes is already a GOAT. It's a weird argument, Brady is the greatest winner of all time. He's not the most talented guy though like Jordan won and was also on another level. Like it's obvious Mahomes is more gifted and flashy than Brady was, shit at their peaks Rodgers could do things Brady couldn't, but Brady won.

He had a bad toe and the entire OL got injured.

We can make excuses, he’s 0-2 against Brady in the playoffs, those are just the numbers

Rings are a team effort and Brady got carried pretty hard by an all-time great defense in the first 2-3 SB wins. Mahomes has peaked a lot earlier than Brady, though it remains to be seen if he can have Brady's longevity.

Mahomes is a great quarterback and will go down as an all-time great. However. Stop with the GOAT talk. It's ridiculous. He's not even halfway to Brady's total. Brady has the greatest comeback in SB history. He also beat Mahomes head-on when he was past his prime. It's not even close to being close. One he equals 7, come back for a debate. He doesn't have to win 7, you know that right. If he wants to surpass Brady he will. His own SB speech hinted he knows it. He's on the Mt Rushmore of QB's, not taking that away. I do find it a bit disrespectful people already talk of skipping him past Montana though. Montana never lost a SB he made, nor even threw a pick in one. If it's about quality of play that should factor in.

If we're talking most talented basketball/football players ever, there's plenty of other people that fans could choose over MJ, Mahomes, Brady, Rodgers. Some of the most talented players never even win a ring. If we're talking the greatest QB ever, it has to be Brady and I loathe the Patriots still.

Mahomes has peaked a lot earlier than Brady, though it remains to be seen if he can have Brady's longevity. Trust me, I was a Manning coper in the 2000's. Brady wasn't as good as he would get later on, but they don't win those first three without him. His best playmakers were Troy Brown and Kevin Faulk with Charlie Weiss calling plays. You can't say he was carried by his defense and act like Mahomes isn't helped out by Reid/Kelce/Hill. Once the 2007 season happened it was a wrap for the Manning/Brady debate lol. IMO the GOAT talk was still in debate until 28-3.

Are you implying Brady = Bill Russell? I've actually made that argument before. Would you put Mahomes over Marino, Peyton, Montana or Rex Grossman?

You know what's funny? How in the world do you fire a guy who just made it to damn near double OT in the Super Bowl? But also, how do you have ANY faith in Kyle Shanahan to get the job done in crunch time ever? 3 SBs. 3 4th quarter leads. Big goose egg in rings.

It's not even close to being close. One he equals 7, come back for a debate. I think there's ways to outdo Brady without tying him or getting more than 7. First, you go undefeated. That will always haunt the 2007 Pats. Or you could win three straight Super Bowls, something no quarterback or team has ever done. Lastly, you can avoid controversy altogether such as Spygate, Deflategate, or many of Brady's off the field decisions. I'm not one for dynasties, but Kansas City hasn't ever been a city built on any before, so if any place is going to get one, I'm happy it's them. And I always liked Andy Reid, so it's good to see him reach that status. Honestly had the Lions gone to the SB and lost tonight, I would have been less inclined to be happy. Still hoping the Bengals pull themselves together next year and finally give Cincinnati their long overdue SB win, but I'm not holding my breath.
