You put a bunch of very based wrestlers in a card and you get at least a 9 out of 10.
Also Big Bill with the sickest Bossman Slam of all time, holy shit.

If you’d told me four years ago that Sting was coming to AEW and would hold a title before the end of his contract, I’d have scoffed.
Not only is Sting capping off a surprisingly delightful last run that, Flair aside, has been pretty much perfect, but it just feels proper and lovely that he’ll be a part of an AEW title lineage. AEW is the best bits of WCW reincarnated, and you can’t have that rebirth if their most valuable homegrown icon isn’t part of its record books.
Gave it a 10 because with all the reasons to feel bad about wrestling right now, AEW made us feel something positive for a change.

7.
I hated the ending. Flat-out hated it. I mean, yeah, it's nice that Sting gets to hold a title before he calls it quits, but it also means that we're gonna end up with the Bucks as tag champs again and that's not something I want in the slightest. I'm also not a fan of the overlong beatdown rearing its ugly head yet again.

8. The only thing I didn't care for was the Jericho stuff.
Also, HUGE ups to AEW for actually building the PPV with announced matches with weeks to go. It's been my biggest pet peeve with AEW and they are doing it and doing it well.

Going with a 9, those two hours went by pretty fast. Swerve/Hangman was a really good intro and I'm genuinely curious with how heelish Hangman came out of that match at the end, the face side of the main-event scene is looking pretty thin. I don't mind the Bucks/Sting and Darby match being for the titles at the PPV, because the Starks/Big Bill tag reign did not click with me at all, despite me being a fan of both guys individually. I also co-sign with Jericho looking rough out there tonight, but he's had the "go-away" heat with me for the past two years, so he always looks rough to me (outside of that Ospreay match). Deonna Purrazzo has the star vibe to her, and I hope they keep the same energy with her after she most likely loses the title match to Toni at the PPV.

Fantastic show. Start to finish. I didnt even mind the Jericho match, thought the finish was great.
AEW just delivering what I want in a wrestling company right now and I love it. And Ospreay and Mercedes soon to join and maybe... Okada. Pretty buzzing over 2024 AEW

I loved everything except Jericho vs. Takeshita and even that was fine (I'm happy Takeshita won, dude rules). 9/10

I rated the most recent Collision a 10 I think, as did most other people, and this show was clearly better, IMO, so probably the easiest 10 I'll give all year.
Incredible show. Announcement was perfect, made it clear who it was and why it's a big deal without explicitly saying anything, don't love the name BIG BUSINESS for a show but whatever. Hangman/Swerve was phenomenal and the Hangman heel turn potential looks huge. Trios match was excellent and was cool seeing some new CMLL guys too. Jericho struggled in his match but I still thought it was really good and had the right result. Women's match was solid, I always enjoy Red Velvet and Toni is just my favourite thing going tbh. Main event was f***ing great, fantastic drama, amazing spots (Sting flying off the balcony will never not amaze me), and an incredible moment with Sting winning gold. And then I thought the ending to the show was amazing too, the Bucks having blood all over their white suits looked sick and they got mega heat for it, the EVP Trigger is a brilliant name for their finish too.
Crowd was red hot all night and it felt like almost every competitor went out of their way to make the show awesome, spots like that Bossman Slam on the floor, Swerve pulling out the Buckshot, the Sting balcony jump...just so much cool shit throughout the show. Absolutely loved it.

Might have to go 10 just on how good the Hangman/Swerve match was, but the rest of the show was good-to-great, too. Did feel like something went amiss in Jericho vs. Takeshita, they had a great match in DDT so Jericho suddenly seeming gassed in this match would be kind of surprising. Otherwise, though, early contender for free TV match of the year to open the show, and everything else is building well toward the pay per view.

Easy 10 this week.
That Boss Man slam in the main was silky-smooth.

One of the best Dynamites I saw this year. I also thought this was the worst Hangman vs Swerve match in terms of in-ring action but storyline wise holy crap was that excellent. Everything else was great, even Timeless Toni Storm vs Red Velvet clicked. The 6-man CMLL vs BCS match was great although Mascara Dorada botched quite a few times but that might be the American ropes are tighter thing. And I love they're secretly setting up a Trent heel turn as well. 9/10

Oh I agree but a lot of his botches were noticeable.
