I would have actually enjoyed Awesome Truth vs. Judgement Day (which is saying because I hate the Miz) but I understand getting everyone on the card. Awesome Truth vs Judgement Day would have been a brilliant match on it's own and R-Truth getting a moment at 'mania is well overdue, which is why I would have just kept it a one on one tag match.

I assumed Alpha Academy would be in this match now Gable isn’t in the IC title match but now I don’t think so if Gable isn’t in the qualifying match and they are facing New Day. Expect New Day, DIY & Awesome Truth to advance. Where does that leave Gable then?
For Smackdown I’m assuming Dunne/Bate, Pretty Deadly &…. I’m not sure. The other teams are all tied up with other feuds. I could see Theory & Waller sneaking in.

It’s a six team match, and if three of them will be from RAW (as well as the champions), it seems like there’ll only be two SmackDown qualifiers.

In that case just Pretty Deadly & Dunne/Bate for Smackdown. U.K. teams only!

Eh, I kind of get it in that Finn and Priest are guys they do at least try and protect outside of when they're facing out-and-out main-eventers and the Awesome Truth / Judgment Day story's kind of fallen off anyway, plus with the current situation with Maryse you don't really know how available Miz will be to build and promote it. You're probably better off doing the crazy tag spotfest here then maybe do an actual blowoff of the angle later.

All this match tells me is Judgment Day are going to retain again. Tag division's been on horrible autopilot since HHH took over, and given his NXT Tag Team track record, not shocked the main roster one is stuck in reverse still

A Mania ladder cluster of a match just feels right.

Pretty Deadly at WrestleMania? Yes Boy!
And btw they’ll win it. No one gave them a chance when they were in the NXT/UK unification match and who won? They did and the pics from there celebration are amazing

TNA did something similar. They did a 4 team ladder match for the TNA and IWGP tag belts. They had them up on two different hooks and seperate teams won them. And that happened because the British Invasion(Aldis & Doug Williams) beat the Dudleyz in a Table Match to win the IWGP World Tag Team Championship. Without getting okm from NJPW. Classic TNA.

Need them to announce the Smackdown qualifying matches tbh. Interested to see who they go with Dunne/Bate v Pretty Deadly and lWo v Legado are announced for tonight, but they’re wording it weird that I can’t ascertain that the winners are going into the ladder match or merely advancing to new opponents in some kind of mini-tournament for those spots.

New Catch and Legado are the likely winners.

I'd imagine the LWO wins since at least Wilde can do some crazy shit off the ladders while I defy anyone to name a single move Humberto or Angel has ever done.

It's a tournament for one smackdown spot in the match. I am confused. This implies there’s a Bracket #2 for the second spot (which I assume would have Street Profits, Authors Of Pain, Theory/Waller and… maybe a second lWo team of some combo of Rey, Carlito and Dragon Lee? I don’t see f***in’ Alexander/Adonis getting in this).

The way they’ve put the LWO/Legado in the same bracket and AOP/Street Profits I’m gonna have to assume none of those teams win and end up in their own multi-man matches. At least I hope that’s how it plays out. Feels like Theory/Waller and Dunne/Bate’s spots to lose

The super stupid part to me is those 2 are the only 2 times in the 40 year history of those belts that they've changed hands outside NJPW
