Beyond his kayfabe accomplishments which are easy enough to write around (Mania 31, 34 and 38 can easily be “Roman Reigns competes for the WWE/Universal title,” Mania 30 can simply be “The Undertaker’s legendary Streak comes to an end”) Brock’s biggest impact in WWE is getting their no-compete clauses changed to be far less draconian, and making the company so paranoid about people leaving that they, for years, have made sure no one wrestler can be bigger than The WWE Brand. And neither of those aspects are ones that WWE would wanna promote anyway. Would be a hell of a thing to put in the HOF video. “Brock Lesnar stopped us from forcing our workers to take 10 year long no compete clauses, which would have probably wrecked the industry further than we did. And that’s why Brock Lesnar is in the 2025 Hall of Fame.”

He's one of few crossover stars with the aura of a megastar since Austin. His impact in pro wrestling was and is huge. A Brock match feels like a big deal

I'm just going to disagree with this. Brock was a major star, IMO. He f'd up, but much like Benoit, I can separate the scumbag and can understand the accomplishments each had.

When it comes to Brock it just makes me sad. You have the greatest pure athlete in wrestling history. His first few years are stellar. Dude ends up at the very least shitty along with being the poster boy for the most boring never watch WWE again shit era ever. It is actually incredible how boring they made him. That should be impossible but no, he really just didn’t do shit for ages but held the title scene ransom for what felt like a decade. I can't even begin to describe how much I dreaded it when his music would hit and signal his arrival from 2018 through 2023. He was the ultimate overpowered wrestler who was invincible but also was handed everything with as little effort as possible on his part. His booking in that era was like when you'd be playing superheroes as a kid and one of the other kids would be like, "I'm Superman, nothing you can do hurts me!" He single-handedly caused a no contest in a f***ing Hell in a Cell match. He pinned Braun Strowman in three minutes to win the championship. He ran out at the end of Money in the Bank and just won it without breaking a sweat. He was gifted a WWE Championship match against Kofi Kingston on the first episode of SmackDown on Fox and won that in 8 seconds. He made Cain Velasquez tap out in about five minutes. He eliminated 13 people to start the 2020 Royal Rumble. He was inserted into the Day 1 main event and beat four other guys. He won the 2022 Royal Rumble by entering at no. 30 and throwing out everyone else in less than three minutes. He entered the Elimination Chamber last and eliminated everybody in like five minutes. It was all just so exhausting whenever he'd show up because you know he was winning and making everyone else in the match look like total chumps in the process.

Brock's impact is massively felt, just less about the person and more about the effects of his runs. Just off the top of my head, without Brock, the part timer model would not be a thing to the extent that it is. There is some storyline stuff too. Breaking the streak. How you tell Roman's climb to the top without his interminable number of shots against Brock will be challenging.

As it turned out, putting so much into a guy who publicly bragged about being a bully as a child and demanded a magazine print that he "hates gays" wasn't the best strategy.

I mean I hate to say it but Lesnar did make wwe and ufc a lot of money and trust me, like I said in a previous post I would of preferred a 2010’s wwe without Lesnar

Lesnar is the bully getting everything he wanted, until he couldn't. Vince McMahon is the bully getting everything he wanted...until he couldn't.
The business is better off without either of them.

Brock has had a huge impact from his Wrestlemania main events, to his beating the Undertaker at Mania, and his demolishing of others. At the same time, he has always been a part timer since his return, so him disappearing for months at a time became status quo and why him being gone now does not really hurt them.

I’ll miss the big lunkhead if he’s gone. If he really was involved in Vince’s craziness then yeah probably good to cut him loose.
Dude was apart of numerous big moments though. Can’t say I agree with the OP.

Dude was making the company too much money for the company and he would have stayed a face.

I dunno he was close to turning heel after losing to the Rock, he put a down payment on gear and everything. (that he gave to NXT people when the turn was cancelled) It has been assumed he didn't due to Brock's comeback.
