Claypool is a talented WR. He f***ing sucks, but the talent is there. I mean, he's not gonna be anything, but the potential.... That career highlight of him making that grab at the last moments of the game but spending time cocking off about it so they lost perfectly encapsulates him. Million dollar body, 10 cent brain.

Well despite Kevin Hart's best efforts (and the fact that Dana White showed up) I rather enjoyed the Brady Roast. The Patriot guests really ripped each other and didn't hold back but it was all in good sport. Outside of Jeff Ross and Nikki Glaser (who were great) I didn't know any of the other comedians but Andrew Schultz was good too.
As for the players Drew Bledsoe and Julian Edelman were great. Bill Belichick stumbled over a couple lines but was still good. Gronk went off the rails (I think he was drunk).
The moment that Kevin Hart has Belichick and Bob Kraft toast was extremely awkward. Bob looked very rough.. Speaking of Kraft you can tell he's the only one who was off limits tonight. In fact when Ross made a massage joke Brady told him "Don't go there again."
Brady came off very smarmy in his speech but he had my favorite joke of the night "Roger Goodell spent 20 Million to find it was More Probable Than Not that I deflated those balls? Bitch, you could have given me the 20 Million and I would have told you I did it."
All in all I had a good time. I'd definitely recommend you check it out.

Bitch, you could have given me the 20 Million and I would have told you I did it." All in all I had a good time. I'd definitely recommend you check it out. As great he is at everything, live comedy is clearly not in Tom Brady's wheelhouse. The material was solid, but he delivered it like a nervous valedictorian reading their speech at graduation. This isn't surprising, considering how bad he was on SNL back in 2005. I thought the star of the night was Drew Bledsoe. The material was funny, he delivered it like someone who's been on stages and in comedy clubs for decades, and he looked like he was having a lot of fun doing it. And Bill Belichick was a good sport for doing his bit - you could tell he was enjoying himself and has a personality that he never lets shine through when he's at a podium. That said, thumbs down are reserved across the board for pretty much every "professional" comedian at the roast. Jeff Ross' schtick got old 25 years ago, Nikki Glaser is just another in a long line of "you see, she's a woman but she tells dirty sex jokes!" female comedians, and that was the first (and hopefully last) time I have to see Kevin Hart's stand-up bit.

Let's make it 9 games minimum It's been reported that Rice can expect to be suspended for at least half of the upcoming season for the Dallas crash. And considering the average suspension for misdemeanor assault in the NFL is two games give or take, the Chiefs shouldn't expect to see Rashee Rice on the field until after Thanksgiving. The Chiefs could also just indefinitely suspend him internally as a show that they're serious about teaching him a lesson that he's not invincible or impervious to punishment and that his actions have consequences.

What NFL team has EVER done that? "Conduct detrimental to the team." The Colts in 2023 suspended two players. Jaire Alexander was suspended by the Packers. Eli Apple and Janoris Jenkins each got one game when they were with the Giants. It's not unprecedented.

If they didn't cut him after all this then they're certainly not gonna suspended him longer than what he gets from the League. And this isnt me disagreeing with you but more just pointing out the Cheifs don't care enough to actually do anything extra

We still don’t know what McKenzie and Brown did to get suspended for the remainder of the season. Brown was waived in the offseason and McKenzie had his contract expire without any explanation provided. They clamped down pretty good as I haven’t seen any leaks on it even.

Everywhere that Claypool goes the team becomes worse somehow..so look for the Bills to self destruct and miss the playoffs this season.

I know where this is going... Oh, boy. Can't wait for the BlackRock Chiefs vs. the Vanguard 49ers in this year's Super Bowl. (The State Street Cowboys, as always, will choke in the first round.)

Clicking on Twitter this morning and seeing that "Aaron Rodgers" is trending: Finding out that it's because Rodgers and the Jets will open the season with a Monday Night Football game against the 49ers:
