When you look at guys like from his generation, Cena, Batista and Lesnar, there is at least one memorable world title run they had.
But when you look at Orton, there are even some world title reigns you forgot, let alone be interesting or memorable.
For example, I didn't even remember Orton winning the WWE title in the thunderdome era.

Not really. And im a massive mark of his.
I remember his first title win and reign. Then they all get all jumbled and blurry.
The authority one stood out. Bout it,

For me it's the "Age of Orton" run from fall 07 thru spring 08.
Younger me absolutely hated the dude during that phase and all his heelishness

Main one I can remember is the first one, and that’s mostly because of what a big ol flop it was.
Also him losing to a Miz cash in.

I remember him retaining in a WM triple threat and doing a promo about how nobody expected him to retain, which was true. But I can't remember which WM that was without looking it up.

He cashed in on Daniel Bryan when Triple H helped him, don’t remember much after that though.

His "oops" face in his title loss to Jinder is a highlight of his reigns.
But in all seriousness, the 'Age of Orton' from 2007-2009 and his reign during the Christian feud were his best booked.

His run as champion and feud being Daniel Bryan’s demon made for some great matches. Ignore the Authority and Steph association, Randy was a beast.

His 07–08 title reign for me personally. A pretty solid heel champion.

There was that time he won the title in Wade Barrett's NXT victory title match (which was inexplicably turned into a 6 man) and proceeded to do nothing of interest with it, mainly acting as a blocker to the Nexus angle having any consequences or hype while also having some dogshit matches against Sheamus.

Age of Orton from 07-08. He won in a last man standing vs HHH and retained in the title match at mania against 2 of the biggest stars at the time. It would have been better however if he beat Cena instead and ended his year long title run. Also the Authority title run from 2013-2014, the one where he unified the titles

Probably his late 07 to April 08 reign which I don’t think should have been ended when it was.
I’d argue his IC title reign is his best title reign though.

The main thing I remember about that run is how every single time he had a match he spent like 30 minutes celebrating afterward to try to bait people into thinking Miz was cashing in.

1. His first title reign is marred by who he won it off of, and how pathetically he was booked afterward.
2. Is rewarded title after Cena is injured (after Orton failed to win title off him), is beaten by Triple H the same night.
3. Beats Triple H the same night for the title, goes on to lose a bunch of title matches via DQ. Retains at Mania on Triple H's effort. Loses to him the next month.
4. Wins the title a year later at Backlash in a 6 man tag match, again with some stupid DQ stipulation. A little over a month later, he loses the title to Batista.
5. Wins vacant title a week later after Batista is injured. Goes on to feud with...you guessed it...Triple H! Loses an "I Quit" match to Cena.
6. Wins the title at HIAC three weeks later. Three weeks after that, loses the title back to Cena.
7. Won the title in a 6 pack challenge, is completely overshadowed by Cena and the Nexus during this time. Loses to a Miz cash in.
8. Beats Christian a couple days after Christian won the title. Would face him several times before losing the title at MITB due to DQ for kicking Christian in the nads.
9. Won the title back the next month. The next month after that he loses it to Mark Henry.
10. Cashes in briefcase on Daniel Bryan..aka the most over guy in the company during his 'moment'. Loses title next month back to Daniel Bryan.
11. and 12. Wins vacated title with odds stacked in his favor against Bryan. Also beats Cena for the WHC combining the titles together. Loses unified title to Bryan at WrestleMania.
13. Beats Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania despite gross out Willy Wonka tunnel effects. Loses the title 6 weeks later to Jinder Mahal.
14. Beats Drew McIntyre. Loses to Drew McIntyre.
So I guess the answer is...the is answer is no.

I remember his first one.. but that's only because of my brief it was and how weak it made him losing the strap to Trips a month after winning it

That's part of the problem with Orton's I only care like 10% of the time mind set... it doesn't lend itself to really memorable title runs.

Just off the top of my head, the first one is memorable to me. May not have been long but it was memorable.

I remember really not having much use for Orton when I was watching in 2004, but after awhile I'd check in on WWE from time to time and it felt like he had developed a good feel for things like match layout and his overall character demeanor and presentation.
Problem was, even then, he'd just rarely deliver once the bell rang. Not terrible, but nothing to really hang your hat on.

For example, I didn't even remember Orton winning the WWE title in the thunderdome era. I was going to mention this reign specifically, because the feud went on forever. Feuded with Drew. That feud reached a logical conclusion. Then it just kept going. Won the title from Drew. Lost it back to Drew. Feud finally over.
