Jeezum Crow, I was expecting this be in the 200s or less since it came on so damned late.
That's pretty outstanding they did close to their usual number

Bearing in mind the timeslot I thought they would easily half their usual number, that's a really good result.
Speaking for myself once I knew Butcher was wrestling I just had to stay up until 5am UK time to see the GOAT live.

Between the number from a couple of weeks ago for the 1 hour of Rampage that immediately followed Dynamite and this number here, is this AEW's floor? The absolute minimum number of fans who will watch the product especially when it's either on a different day and/or at a different time of day?

Fun fact; that would be around 63,000 above the *maximum* the then President of Turner Broadcasting had AEW reaching when he was interviewed about it when Dynamite was announced.

Lead in definitely helped. If anything I'm surprised it took that long for people to tap out for the night. Maintained pretty solid viewership the first half.

Time to turn Collision into a weekly episodic adventure series where the Butcher and Yuka Sakazaki travel the world and solve mysteries together.

Yeah this was like that episode of Smackdown that aired directly after an NFL game, which led to the rating being the highest in a long time but had a similar quarter to quarter drop.
