You joke but Taz and Joe have a history so... What I would give to see Joe vs. a prime Taz. An absolute dream.

It was good. It felt like an obvious transitional reign, but it did everything it needed to do.

I liked it, Joe looked great with the belt and I enjoyed his matches.

I will never not enjoy a Samoa Joe title reign. He's been a favorite of mine for nearly 20 years.

Joe is a perfect heel world champion. Instantly believable, delivers constantly, charismatic and smug. When in doubt, break the Joe glass and give him the strap.
I'm glad he got a world title after all these years.

Dude never stopped being "the champ" to me after his ROH run, but sheesh, crazy to think how long ago his TNA world title run was (and how poorly his reign was booked there).

He's my favorite cast member of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. A game that I don't own and will never play. Joe's great though! What were we talking about? us creating a petition to have the young bucks say they’d download a car on the next episode of dynamite after someone throws a rock at the cybertruck and it explodes BOOK IT, MAGGLE!

Pretty decent run. I was happy he got the belt but at the same time I didn’t want him to hold it forever. 4 months was fine.

It was the perfect amount of time to get the point across that winning that belt will be hard as hell.

It shows how warped perceptions have become that Dec-April is being looked at as on the shorter side. This era of title reigns longer than the civil war needs to end

Outside of the two Punk runs that were too short to even be considered runs, I've enjoyed every AEW World Champion run. This was no exception.
