Why doesn Lyra deserve a shot at liv if indeed Liv wins the title? only the queen of the ring gets the title shot and Lyra is neither over enouugh nor good enough for that push right now. If Tiffany, a woman a million times more popular and rootable for, cant get anywhere near a title right now then Lyra shouldnt be and lets hope her "push" cools for a while and she gets the heel turn which she will need to have any chance of surviving on the main roster. Becky is invoking her rematch clause on Raw Monday, this coupled with the reports of Becky's contract expiring soon, seems to be indicating that she's getting written out soon. If Becky's out, what other Face do they have that can challenge Liv for the title other than Lyra. I guess they can go the Natalya route again..... |

Hopefully she doesn't have any broken ribs. I noticed with Lyra and Bianca that Nia is aiming further back. She's hits the mid section/gut to upper thigh area now. So if Nia does connect, I'm sure it's not pleasant,but no risk of Nia breaking ribs(sternum?) by coming right down on their chest. |

I'd argue the opposite. Nia can do more with the 'Queen' gimmick, and this strong showing sets her up well to go against SD's top faces over the next few months. Lyra got a great showcase and did really well with it (her expressions were really on point throughout the match), but she's also the sort of character where her triumphs are more satisfying if we see them properly built over time.

Ideally, I'd have had Tiffy win it or one of Damage CTRL I'd rather not see the worst wrestler on the roster going over Smackdowns top faces who are all much better than her. |
