The venue is not very big, but it could create a loyal vocal crowd like Daily's Place.

Here is an article that adds some additional information. It has quotes from the group in Texas that AEW is working with.

Might not be the worst idea. I said that Collision might benefit from something like this Question will be if they tape episodes in advance or actually do a live turnover every week, which is probably possible, just depends, it's always a risk doing a bulk taping due to the spoilers Definitely a unique looking venue though, 2500 capacity isn't bad either

Lot of really interesting implications to this one on the business/logistics side but the one that's most important is that AEW Texas shows usually mean luchador imports and that's all I need to hear.

Can't believe AEW is hosting all these events in Texas and not calling any of them Y'all In

Seen a few local media places picking this up and the comments seem positive.

The dying and dead brand cities are paying to have set up for a month in their city

I like the look of that venue, and I really like seeing 'big' companies/productions in smaller venues. I'm a fan of the old 1994 Raw's filmed in gyms and such.

Those are the cities tech companies are building out to have their workforce on tap in new places that just reinvent feudalism.

It's an interesting idea to do a small residency somewhere. Why not try it out and see how it goes? I'm all for wrestling companies trying new ideas and venues when it comes to their live shows. I really wish they'd do a show from the Jericho Cruise again.

I mean this seems like a no risk situation for AEW
Try out a new venue, where they pay YOU to be there, big enough to look good on camera, potentially loud crowds, and a place you can kinda make one of the more known destinations of AEW, and something you could try out again if it works out
