I'm so happy for Isla and Alba. They deserve it anyway but after what poor Alba has been through recently, it was such a cool moment to see. I met her working a britwres show around 5 years ago and she was an absolute sweetheart. My mum told me off for crying when they won tonight and I was like "but I know her Mum, and she so deserves it!" 🤣 (I then showed my mum videos of Stone Cold with his cat Poncho because she loves Austin and cats 😂)
I hope they actually get a decent run with the belts and don't just lose them on Monday.

So happy for them and I hope they keep the titles for at least a couple months. I also hope we get some more teams for the division because Damage CTRL, Shayna/Zoey, Candice/Indi, and Carter/Chance challenging for them feels stale IMO.

It was an exciting twist, but I'm a bit scared the women's tag titles go back into "no one cares" territory. I'm not a fan of Bianca's super booking and I think Jade is just Bianca without the talent. That said, at least Jade and Bianca get a crowd reaction. I thought maybe they should have held on to those titles for a while so the challenger pool can get better built up.
The cynic in me says the only reason The Withces won was so the hometown folks didn't go 0-3 at Clash; and because the Women's tag belts are the least prioritized belts in WWE.
Hopefully they manage to do something to get fans to care about The Witches (and the women's tag titles).

I like this team, so nice to see them get a good win. But didn't they lose in like 2 minutes a week ago? Odd booking there.
I'm just glad the belt is off Cargill who I think is pretty dreadful

This reminded me a lot of the IIconics winning the tag titles at Wrestlemania 35. Underpushed foreign team on the main roster about a year and being booked like geeks for all of it win the titles out of nowhere in a shocking upset in a multi team match.
I've always been a big fan and up until this have been very bummed with how they've been used since being called up so I was really happy they won. It likely will be short lived and I think the fact that they needed at least one of the hometown heroes to win had a lot to do with it as there was no way Piper was beating Bayley and McIntyre wasn't winning due to the Punk thing. However them at least getting this moment was super cool. They deserve it and it was the right call to go with the feel good moment, especially after what Alba's been through.

So happy for Alba in particular. Jade unfortunately gave away the result before the match by looking completely miserable but hey.
I’d love them to get a long run but I really doubt it. If Jade & Bianca have the titles back within a week it wouldn’t be shocking at all.

Glad for them, they are so talented they deserve it.But once again it's so odd how the heels are the ones we love and how glad we are the faces lost. Remember when heels were booed when they cheated to win titles?

I'm just really tired of the tag division being dominated by either Damage CTRL, main event super face team, or some combination of all these boring women (Natalya, Shayna, Sonya, Zoey, Nia, Tamina). I would like to see an actual team who is also interesting and very talented get a strong run with it. |
