On Dragon Ball, there's plenty of heel-face turns there (eg. Vegeta, Yamcha, Tien, Piccolo, Buu, etc, etc)

Zorak and Brak went from villains on Space Ghost to sidekicks on Coast to Coast. They were still heels though. Zorak was threatening to kill Space Ghost all the time. |

Also Scratch and Grounder from Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog teamed up with Sonic for an episode or 2 before switching back to Robotnik.

Morph in X-Men after he was supposedly killed and Mister Sinister was able to save him, then Morph turned back face 5o defeat Mister Sinister.
Homer turned face to team with Ned Flanders because they had a good time at a football game, then turned back heel at the end of the episode.
Flanders went full heel when he pointed out everyone's flaws after his home was destroyed by a hurricane.
Frank Grimes turned heel and died.
Smithers turned face when Mr. Burns became evil and blocked out the sun.

Since we're just doing animation face turns now, all the Birdman villains became lawyers on Harvey Birdman. Yeah, they were still taking on Harvey, but at least they were legit now.

Dionbot from Beast wars. he starts a Predacon and turns to being a Maximal Blackarachnia turns face later on in the series as well. By Beast Machines, Rhinox turned heel and once he dies, he turns face again. You could argue that Waspinator was a comic tweener by the end of Beast Wars. |

Nelson was a heel early on in the Simpsons. In later years, he would turn tweenerr.
