Well, I only went and saw two movies this year: Borat and Lets Go To prison
So the latter is the worse of the choices. I will base it off of the fact that Borat's promos made you know what was going to happen and LGTP promo's were way off from what the movie was about. I liked both though.

Best: Clerks II. The third act (re: the jail scene) shows more maturity and growth in 10 minutes then Kevin Smith manages in the entire 90 of Jersey Girl.
Worst: Pirates II. Dull, uninspired sequel that sought to add NOTHING to the script of the first. Whoopie, smart alec remarks from Depp; whoopie, Keira Knightly being all tough and a damsel in distressy; whoopie, otherworldly villains and a curse. It's like the difference between a photo of something and a photo mosaic of that same thing: sure, they present the subject in a different manner, but when you get down to it, the subject matter is still the same damn thing. And it certainly don't make it better.
Can I have your children?
Jed Shaffer ~2007's worst movie? Transformers. I'm already calling it.

Best: V for Vendetta. Simply breathtaking.
Runners up: Superman Returns(yes, I actually liked it. A lot.), Clerks II
Worst: Stay Alive. I was drug to see this by my ex who apparently has horrible taste in movies. And this movie was godawful.
Other than Stay Alive I didn't really see any bad movies this year. X-Men 3 was disappointing, but not necessarily BAD...but it could have been WAY better than it was. Oh Bryan, how I wish you could've done it instead of Brett Ratner. Oh well.

I'm a huge Clerks fan, and I loved Clerks 2, but the best movie of the year was Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny. Rocky Balboa came close as did Clerks 2, but the POD was just an amazing movie.

Ice Age: the Meltdown is my personal fave.
Clerks 2 was also pretty good.
And I didn't mind King Kong, either. Not the original, but interesting.

Best : United 93 Worst : I didn't really see any films that were that bad (I don't want to watch films like Little Man) but in terms of disappointment, Pirates of the Carribean 2 gets my vote. hehehe, neither do I after the whole "White Chicks" debaccle

Best: Clerks II or Casino Royale Worst: Xmen- The last stand
Though my gf told me that Clerks 2 was the worse movie she has seen since "that requiem movie about dreams with the emo in it". I'm pretty sure she was talking about Requiem For A Dream, and I'm also pretty sure she has bad taste in movies

Worst: Silent Hill.
I can't believe I even bothered with this movie, I played the games and everything and still thought the movie was a piece of shit, It's destined to be another one of those shitty movies that people love because it's not Mainstream.
Best: Clerks 2
Suprise of the year: See No Evil (Yup, I enjoyed it...much more than that snore fest Silent Hill.)

Best Movie: V For Vendetta. Very good movie, and was a pretty good adaptation of the comic book. Runner Ups: Casino Royale, Clerks 2, Superman Returns (I liked it)
Worst Movie: The Marine. It just annoyed the hell out of me. Runner Ups: X-Men 3, The Da Vinci Code, Little Man

Richard Roeper & Special Guest Critic Kevin Smith are doing their "Worst Of" list next week, so I'm probably gonna plagiarize that and post it next Sunday ;D

I'm really picky about what I see, so I don't have a "worst."
I saw maybe 5 or 6 movies, and "Science of Sleep" was my favorite.

I loved V For Vendetta. It's a movie that everyone can enjoy but for someone with my political views it make it extra special and personal.
I didnt like King King at all..bored the hell out of me.
