In an attempt to bring a slight amount of validity to a semi-debacle in the 2nd round, I vote Tom and Jerry. P.S., Ghostbusters is a darn fine show as well. P.S.S. MASK lost in the 2nd round. See what I did there in the first line? But seriously folks . . . So you are aware of the greatness of MASK? It was a 30-minute filler for me before C.O.P.S. came on. It was on some channel in L.A. I picked up on satellite. Tournament spoiler: The Simpsons wins. I was pulling for Star Wars: The Clone Wars, since I consider it much more canon than any of the episodes 1-3. And after seeing Family Guy fall in the first round, I lost a large percentage of my interest in this tourney, because--as further indicated in the 2nd round--people aren't voting FOR winners as much as they are voting AGAINST shows. (It also takes away when people vote for or against shows they've never seen.) Don't worry, people; those are all irrelevant opinions--I already realize that. Edit (addition): I think I've agree with Meat's votes almost every time. The irony? I think he sent out Clone Wars with thedeciding vote. heh heh.

Yeah, COPS came up against a tough first opponent. A lot of my favorites have been beaten so far. Plus people seemed to be voting against me for no reason for the first part of the first round.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean their not after you! ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) I know how you feel though Humanoid. It sucks when one of your favorites loose because people want to vote against it, instead of actually wanting to vote for the other show.

4-1 thus far, over the Magic School Bus.

I am a fairly even keeled pirate, and understand that just because I have fond memories of a show doesn't mean everyone does, and I don't think I am important enough for everyone to care about... But seriously even Meat noticed it, the first 5 or 6 matches, not one show I voted for ended up winning.

4-2, Lion-O is within a hair of winning; but the Magic School Bus just won't give up!

No, I understand Humanoid. I see it sometimes to. I don't know if it's rotten luck or the whole "I'm going to vote against whatever gets voted for first" (which is why I don't like to vote first actually) logic, but I've seen it.

This is why I never vote in the same post that I list a match up in, btw.

This matchup is a prime example of what we're talking about currently. I refuse to vote for one of these shows because there are plenty of other people more passionate or who care more about the advancements of these shows. So I can't justifiably go for or against either because either shows victory won't mean anything to me one way or the other.
*epiphany*: (So THAT"s what pegasuswarrior bitterness about round 2 losses smells like . . . wow.)

Just vote for whatever you want to win. I would bet that most of the people who contributed to the making of this tourney were drunk when they put the list together, so lets just have fun with it.

If I haven't seen a show I try watch clips on youtube so I can research contestants. I've seen a lot of them already though.

If I haven't seen a show I try watch clips on youtube so I can research contestants. I've seen a lot of them already though. That's cool. Maybe I should do that sort of thing in the future... that way, if you aren't familiar with a show, you don't have to look yourself; the clip will already be provided. I've noticed that a lot of the shows that I grew up with have never even been seen by the next generation... and a lot of shows the kids of the 90s grew up with, I have never even heard of. Like, honestly, what is a Foster or Little Bill? Or even a Naruto?
