I love me some iced espresso. No sipping for me. The faster that caffeine gets in me the better.

Chocolate Milk Defeated: YooHooChocolate milk is a sweetened, cocoa-flavored milk drink. It can be purchased pre-mixed or made at home with either cocoa powder and a sweetener (such as sugar), or with melted chocolate, chocolate syrup, or chocolate milk mix. Other ingredients, such as starch, salt, carrageenan, vanilla, or artificial flavoring, may be added. Chocolate milk should be refrigerated like plain milk. A variant of chocolate milk are candy-bar themed pre-mixed drinks, which claim to mimic the flavours of popular candy bars such as Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, or Snickers. Other variants include a lactose-free version may also be made using lactose-free milk and flavorings, organic chocolate milk (made with organic milk, organic cocoa, and organic cane syrup), and soy chocolate "milk". Sprite Defeated: A&W Cream SodaSprite is a clear soda, lemon-lime flavored, caffeine free soft drink, produced by the Coca-Cola Company. It was introduced to the United States in 1961. This was Coke's response to the popularity of 7 Up, which had begun as "Lithiated Lemon" in 1929. It comes in a primarily green and blue can or a green transparent bottle with a primarily green and blue label. Sprite is also found in 8oz. glass bottles.

Choco Milk wins Welch's Grape Juice Defeated: VaultWelch Foods Inc. (Welch's) is an American company, headquartered in Concord, Massachusetts. Started by Thomas Bramwell Welch, Welch's has produced 100% fruit juices since 1869. It is the food processing and marketing arm of The National Grape Cooperative Association, which comprises 1,300 grape growers located in Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Ontario, Canada.Welch's is particularly known for its grape juices and jellies, made from dark Concord grapes and white Niagara grapes. The company also manufactures and markets an array of other products including refrigerated juices, frozen and shelf-stable concentrates, organic grape juice and dried fruit. Gatorade Lemon lime Defeated:SundropThe pre-cursor to Gatorade was created by Dr. Robert Johnson, Sr. at Florida State University in 1962. Dr. Johnson, wanting to help the boys who were collapsing from dehydration during practice, created what he soon came to call Seminole Fire Water. After observing immediate improvement in the team's practice and game stamina, Dr. Johnson took his Fire Water recipe to a national collegiate physicians conference. Wanting to help as many atheletes as possible, Dr. Johnson presented his findings to the attendees representing 60+ teams and offered up the receipe to anyone wanting it. Gatorade was introduced shortly after this conference. Gatorade is a non-carbonated sports drink marketed by the Quaker Oats Company, a division of PepsiCo. Originally made for athletes, it is now commonly consumed as a snack beverage. The drink is intended to rehydrate and to replenish the carbohydrates (in the form of sugars sucrose and glucose) and electrolytes (sodium and potassium salts) depleted during aerobic exercise, especially in warmer climates.
