Okay everyone, I'm done for the night as far as this countdown goes. Here are hints for the next five. - A big fan of Dr. Who. - Likely patterned after Jerry Lewis. - Shelton Benjamin? Ron Simmons? - Maggie's real father. - Known for saying one specific word. CBG Frink Carl? Kang and.....with any luck, not the Yeeeeeeeeesssssss? guy. Known for 1 word?...... maybe its DOH? oooo that would be controversial

I'm glad to see more Milhouse love on here. He is severely underrated, and has much funnier one-liners than Ralph.

30: Carl Carlson One half of the dynamic duo in Homer's inner circle, Carl Carlson works as his supervisor at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. But in and outside of work, he is mostly seen with his best friend, Lenny Leonard. One of the hottest topics involving this pair is their ambiguous relationship. Initially, they were portrayed as Homer's two co-workers, but as time went by they were spotted outside of work more often, and always together. His relationship with Lenny aside, Carl is often seen as the straight guy of Homer's group, giving words of wisdom and questioning any idiotic thoughts. He's also apparently too attractive to date Selma. And here in the wrestlecrap forums, members have also connected Lenny and Carl to other prominent folks: Random note: When Lenny envisions heaven, he sees nothing but Carl.

29: Comic Book Guy Comic Book Guy is exactly what his name implies. He is a fan of the material (science fiction in particular) and works at the local comic book store, The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop.. In his early appearances, he was simply shown as the guy who worked at one of Bart's favorite hangouts. He was fat and lazy and had a very sarcastic demeanor, and for awhile that was all anyone knew of him. Over the years, we learned two specific things about him: His real name is Jeff Albertson and he is one of Springfield's smartest men. For example, he has a master's degree in folklore and mythology and successfully translated The Lord of the Rings into Klingon for his thesis. We also know that he is a 45-year-old virgin who lives with his mother. But most importantly, Comic Book Guy is responsible for coining a phrase that lives on in infamy. And that would be: Random note: Comic Book Guy has had brief relationships with Agnes Skinner and Edna Krabapple.

28: Professor Frink Professor Frink may possibly be Springfield's smartest man. Amongst his accomplishments are creating a machine to look into the future, a pair of dancing shoes and a flying motorcycle. Based on Jerry Lewis' character from the Nutty Professor, Frink speaks in a raspy, high-pitched voice and his known for letting out his laugh that sounds along the lines like "uh hoy hoy mm uh-hoy hoy." Depending on one's faith in Simpsons continuity, Frink not only has an Indiana Jones-like father, but a son who was last seen flying out of a window in a remote-controlled airplane. In the future, he will be responsible for finding a cure for 17 stabwounds to the back. As far as we know, he and his crew will hit at least 15. Random note: Thanks to evolution (or toxic waste), there will someday be a fish that looks and sounds just like Professor Frink.

27: Yes Guy One of the more recent -throwaway-jokes-turned-recurring-characters, Yes Guy most often appears to drop a couple one-liners that end in a single word drawn out. In other words, ask him a question and he may respond with "YYYYeeeeeeeessssssssss." Yes Guy is based on 1940s comedian Frank Nelson, who was notorious for letting out sarcastic one liners and stretched words, such as the afformentioned "yyeeessss." However, the Simpsons creators decided to give a specific reason for Yes Guy's speaking habit and explained in one episode that he had a stroke. Yes Guy is always seen holding different jobs and he was likely solidified as a regular character when Homer referred to him as "That jerk that always goes 'yyyeeessssss.'" Random note: Yes Guy not only sounds like Nelson, but physically resembles him.

26: Kang Kang is the brother of alien Kodos. Much like his sister, Kang makes appearances in every Treehouse of Horror episode. In the form of Bob Dole, he ran for US president and won the election. He dubbed himself "King of Humanity" and allowed his race to enslave the world. It was soon revealed (albeit, in a Treehouse of Horror episode) that Kang was Maggie Simpson's real father. He and Kodos once abducted Marge and Kang "mated" with her in a process tht lasted for only a second. Random note: A future (but not real) episode would have had Kang be one of several characters to have married Selma.

Dan Castellanetta barely even changes his voice for Yes Guy. It just sounds like Homer doing a silly voice.

25: Fat Tony What's a community without a mafia? Everyone should have some gangsters, and Springfield's answer to that necessity comes in the form of Fat Tony. He is the resident Mafia Don and has his faithful followers in the forms of Joey, Legs, Louie, and occasionally Johnny Tightlips. Under his watchful eye, Fat Tony's gang has been involved in a many crimes, ranging from hijacking cigarette trucks to supplying Springfield Elementary with rat's milk. The group meets on a regular basis in a downstairs room known as the "Legitimate Businessmen's Social Club." It's been the site for many mob meetings and was once a place for employment for Bart. It also served as the location of the near death of Homer and Krusty the Clown, until the clowning duo succeeded in performing a dual mini-bicycle loop act. Random note: Fat Tony is a single father of a boy who befriended Lisa Simpson.

24: Bumblebee Man It's highly likely you could go to any random city in the United States and not find a Spanish channel. Wherever in the world Springfield is, it has one, and it's Channel Ocho. And although it has many programs, it's most well-known character is Bumblebee man. He is a regular character in what appears to be a sketch comedy show and many of his punchlines involve him getting a gigantic household object, such as a mousetrap, stuck to his butt. He often drops simple one-liners, such as "No me gusta" or "Mi molestade, es Homer Simpson." However, it was once revealed that not only does Bumblebee Man speak perfect English, but very intelligently. When newsman Kent Brockman refused to give the nightly newscast because of a missing danish, Bumblebee Man immediately jumped in and started delivering the news before falling out of his seat. Random note: It was once revealed that in his personal life, Bumblebee Man is indeed clumbsy and also owns a chihuahua.
