So we are now down to 64 contenders, who is going on to the fourth round? Who is going to cry all the way home to mommy? Only time will tell.
You might be asking who could possibly be left what with Ironman, Mr. Sinister, Green Lantern and Darkseid being eliminated in the last round (Amongst others) ... well I'll let you know some cool facts ...
There are:
31 - Heroes left
29 - Villains left
4 - Anti-Heroes/Mercenaries left
While Marvel has 39 representatives left and DC has just 25, plus Hellboy remains on his own for any other major comicbook publisher.
There are also five doctors left (Although techinically one isn't an actual doctor)
Rules
It's time to start round 3!
----------------------------
Up first ...
Captain America - Marvel: Captain America is the alter ego of Steve Rogers, a sickly young man who was given enhanced strength and reflexes by an experimental serum in order to aid the United States war effort. Captain America wears a costume that utilizes an American flag motif, and is armed with an indestructible shield that can be thrown as a weapon. He has led the Avengers on several occasions. He was recently killed by a plan orchestrtaed by his arch-rival the Red Skull.
(Defeated Moondragon & Swampthing)
vs
Emma Frost - Marvel: An urbane, mutant telepath known for her revealing white attire, Frost has been both friend and foe of the X-Men. She was originally one of the wealthy, mutant elites who composed the Inner Circle of the Hellfire Club. She has had a lifelong interest in teaching the next generation and led the club’s junior team, the Hellions. After her students’ deaths, she joined Charles Xavier’s cause, mentoring the X-Men junior team Generation X. She later joined the X-Men and became headmistress of the Xavier Institute, although her ethics remain questionable.
(Defeated The Comedian & Puck)
Captain America has my vote here.

- First to 4 votes wins. (After 3 rounds it will progress to 5 votes for the next two rounds, at the quaters it will be 6, the semi's 7 and the final will get a couple of days.)
- 256 characters will enter ... they will be spread roughly between hero and villains ... with a few Vigilante/anti-hero's thrown in.
- The main selection will be from DC & Marvel ... however a few from other independant comics have been included.
- In case of characters who have had multiple people in there roles, use the general basis of that character. (e.g. Green Lantern, Flash, Baron Zemo etc)
- I will try to update this as swiftly as possible.
- I will be voting as well.
- The matches are determined at random.
- IMPORTANT! - Vote on who you like the most, not on who would win in a fight.
