Two of my all time favorites head to head. However Parker is numero uno number! so Spiderymang takes the vote.

All of these votes for Spiderman is making the Hulk sad. You wouldn't like him when he's sad.
He tends to cry a lot, and bellow in anguish deep into the night.
My vote goes to the Hulk.

Spider-Man isn't even slowed by The Hulk. Hulk not smash? --------------------------------------------- Up next ... Shocker - Marvel: Herman Schultz was born in New York City. He was a high school dropout who had brilliant talents as both an inventor thus he became a successful burglar and self-proclaimed 'world's best safe-cracker'. After finally being caught and incarcerated for his crimes, he developed a pair of gauntlets designed to shoot air blasts, vibrating at high frequency. While most Spider-Man villains usually shift from their original goals to a vendetta against Spider-Man, the Shocker is still concerned largely with making a living and protecting his reputation. As such, the character is usually portrayed as behaving in a more professional manner than the majority of his maniacal peers. (Defeated Cheetah and the Lizard ) vs The Question - DC: The Question is one of the more philosophically complex superheroes. As a tireless opponent of societal corruption, the Question was an adherent of Objectivism during his career, since then the character developed a Zen-like philosophy. Victor Sage is an investigative reporter for the news station KBEL in Hub City, who uses the identity of the Question to get the answers his civilian identity cannot. Unlike other vigilante superheroes, O'Neil's Question is primarily focused on the politics of his city, and rather than hunting down the perpetrators of petty theft, he tends to fight the corrupt government of Hub City. (Defeated She-Hulk and Psylocke) I like the Shocker I really do, but I'm not voting him over the Question. Question has my vote.

I like the Question a lot, but hell he is dead, and the Shocker is pure pure, so Shocker takes the square.
