Chuck Norris sues over "Mythical Facts".

I haven't had a chance to read most of the Chuck Norris facts but he is justified to sue as they are using his name without his permission and if some of the quotes are racist/flat out offensive then of course he is right to take exception. The only illegal one I could think of was the one about Chuck Norris never paying taxes. But tbh I think the best compromise would be to sit down with Chuck and his lawyer, discuss royalties and filter through the appropriate jokes. Remember there is a video of Chuck reading his own favourites.
