Neither team played too great, to the point where, even if miscalls, you can say they should have won outright.
It was a close game, and that second half was something else.
Man.
It bit.

Bad officiating on all sides, the call against the Panthers just happened to be game changing, but again, if they man up and stop Barber on that last drive, they get the opportunity to get the ball back and make something happen. If Owens doesn't go out, who knows what the score woulda looked like.. Hell if Newman hadn't been out on the play where Reeves was just asleep at the wheel during the Panthers TD, they might not have scored.. They had first and goal on the five and weren't able to convert, you can create IF scenarios all day long. The bad officiating didn't lose them the game. I got to humbly disagree Slim. The officials did cost us the game. There were other things we could have done to win that we didn't, I don't deny. But what I saw... was pure BS that gave Dallas every edge in the book. I'll respectfully disagree. Dallas didn't play well and let your guys hang around with a few opportunites. If they cash in on those, I'm the dejected one tonight, but they didn't. Again, it was terrible officiating, but it's not as if that alone put the game outta reach. Just my take, I understand your side of it.

I got to go for the night guys. I just have to. I feel like crap. I've never been this mad over a game before. I've never felt like this before. I have to go to relax, and so I don't pop a vein.
I'm sorry.
Goodnight guys.

Take it easy bro. It'll look better in the morning. Hell, I'm just glad my guys were able to survive an ugly win, and hopefully are able to get healthy in the next couple weeks, as they've looked shitty all month.

I'm sorry. Goodnight guys. I honestly haven't felt this bad about a loss since John Kasay booted the ball out of bounds and effectively put a bullet through our head in the Super Bowl in 2004.

the Cowboys look weak. If T.O. misses any real time, and baby stinkbreath Romo's thumb still hurts, Green Bay could easily take the NFC.

I don't know about easily, but they definitely haven't looked good since at least Thanksgiving.

Ok, I guess I will try and make myself feel better and find a positive in this game. Of course Steve Smith playing well, but there was a pleasant surprise.
Ryne Robinson on kick and punt returns. He looked better then he has all year and I was proud of him tonight.

Moore played pretty well for it being his second game.
And still, the bad penalties happened early in the fourth, the Panthers were still totally in it and could've overcome, cuz Dallas wasn't playing well. Which scares me for playoff time, as like I said, they haven't played a complete good game in well over a month.

I think the refs who screwed the Mavericks in the finals a few years ago switched sports and showed up in Charlotte, North Carolina tonight. If I was Drew Carter, I would be ready to put my foot up someones ass right now. No, I think they were the refs from the Spurs/Mavs conference finals of the same year. Cowboys own. Get well soon TO+Ginobili.

If the Dolphins win this game I get to punch someone in the face during a New Year's Eve party. So now I think the Dolphins will win because my credibility is shot anyway so what's one more crazy prediction. (It could go right like Bo Sox coming back from 3-0 down)

I think it'd be neat if they won for a few reasons, but got a new one while watchin NFL Network last night, in which they pimped the heck outta the NY/Patriots game, talking about history and whatnot. Granted, the Dolphins are likely to get run over, but it was a bit annoying how the ads were treating the win as a foregone conclusion.

One thing I'd like to state now that I'm not all riled up.
Matt Moore looks great. Looks like he can EASILY be our backup next year. We can cut Carr, and not have to worry about drafting a QB. With a couple more years learning while Jake plays, he can possibly be our future.

I think Vinny being there could be very very valuable to Moore. If Vinny was willing to come back, Id take him.

I wouldn't mind seeing Vinny come back as the Veteran back-up there to teach and be ready to go incase everything goes seriously wrong (again).

Watching the botchfest .. Battle of Ohio and it makes me incredibly sick to have to cheer so hard for the Bungles. I need .. want.. them to win and beat the Brownies. That'll help the Steelers out.
Also have to cheer for the Dolphins. I think it would be one hell of a come uppance for NE to get beat by them and poetic justice for them to be the ones to end that winning streak.
